I've watched this clip for a couple of times, always hoped that they would play Finland. Couple of months ago they did, and I saw the whole show from a meter away, even chatted with Dixie Dave a good while. One of the most genuine and nicest dudes I've ever met. What did we talk about? About the app where you take a selfie, and it turns you old. Dixie told me that their drummer tried it on him, they didn't notice a difference on his appearance one bit. My ears are still bleeding.

Dead last band of the whole thing, midnight on Sunday is Weedeater. Everyone wiped out, tired as hell. Their first chord, place goes OFF, I lose half a toenail. Worth it. RIP Carlos.

I feel lucky to live in Tacoma, WA sometimes... seeing ZEKE, Botch, Helms Alee, Himsa, and so many others in piss alley generator shows and small ass dirty dives are some of the reasons!

Was getting fucked up all night and started looking for a bus to San Antonio Tx from Laredo.......all buses booked solid......oh well won't make the Zeke, Weedeater show.....get a call at 3pm ....be at this shuttle van station 5pm sharp......had a margarita in Mexico....crossed back to Texas.......caught the van .....ended up at the show......beers and tequila shots and 8 ball in our pocket...Zeke and Weedeater live. ..fucking blast. Summer of 2018 .......we live in Laredo TX....Sunday night....Weedeater and ZEKE.....no but no greyhound or another bus company had any seats available.....well call it a day ....we had been drinking and snortin all Saturday.....I get a call at3:30 pm....we have 2 seats on a shuttle van.....do not be late ......well packed like sardines no AC well barely......we hit the Mixx Bar 5,6 hours later .....belly up to the bar order the 5.00 house tequila an a lone star.... But we made it.....Zeke kicked our ass and Weedeater buried us in sludge......

Saw them at the oakland metro. Entire room filled with the dank smell of weed and clouds were a raising. Got body slammed and elbowed in the face in the mosh in the same five minutes. Highlight of the fucking year.
