Why do you even post a partial video that doesn't even show the entire case or the verdict?!

Speaking as a professional photographer, I ALWAYS pisses me off to no end when people sneak their phones into my shot. I always make it very clear to my clients that they should request "unplugged weddings" as we call them so that someone's arm or phone doesn't ruin my shots. If they don't tell their guests NOT to take photos with their phones, then I will do my best to avoid them but with not be held responsible if someone's hand is in the final product.

Joel Brewton Hope you also added such a clause to your contract, because someone putting their arms out to take their own photo with a (more than likely) gigantic phone, that’s like someone sticking their face in front of your lens to ruin the shot. It’s so irritable. You’ll always have that _one_ guest who has their phone out and doesn’t care.

Just so everyone knows how it ends, the plaintiff gets NOTHING

$1600 for a wedding photo package??? Maybe I'm too practical but I would simply ask my guests to snap whatever photos they want and send them to me and I'd curate and share them all in an on-line album for everyone to enjoy. Spontaneous photos are always the best!

That's what I did especially when my photographer left early with no warning. I told everyone to take pics and send the to me, I put the good ones in a cd. $1600 is crazy to me.

I think a lot of people just have friends take wedding pictures, since phones and digital cameras are so good. BUT YOU WILL NOT GET PROFESSIONAL POSED SHOTS!! POSEING IS LEARNED BY DOING A HUNDRED WEDDINGS!!!!
