This is a kapa haka, usually known for the 'war dance' the New Zealand rugby team does before a match, but originally a a dance done to intimidate the enemy before a battle. It's also a powerful cultural expression.

There is not only one Haka. A Haka is a dance, a song, a chant. There are many different hakas. This is not even close to Ka mate (the Haka that the all blacks do) that one is a war Haka

I didn't understand what they said and what was it about, but I understand it's a huge respect for ancestors and it's way to bond each other it has a powerful spiritual message for incoming generation. Huge and huge respect from Nepal. Love you all and your cultural.

+Gulsum Aktas this was originally a traditional war dance that was used to intimidate the enemy to show strength. But now it is more used to show strength and/or respect. There are many videos of the haka being performed at weddings, funerals, or the return of a loved one. It is powerful and beautiful to watch and originated in New Zealand
