Wherever you want. Fir opatch, go inside extracted patch folder and run opatch apply, for spbat specify full path as mentioned in video

Are you applied patch for entire domain or a purticular server or what is rolling bounce how can we apply one by one of the each each weblogic serve ?

In a horizontal cluster multiple managed servers are configured across different machines, and in that setup we install Weblogic on every machine. So you can apply patch one one for each machine, and when applying bring down only that managed server, for admin host apply at last.

Patches apply to binaries (Oracle-Home). In that case you have to shutdown the complete domain, then apply patches and start services.

what is central inventory that we need to take backup while doing patching

Central inventory maintain all of you r oracle homes in a server

so if apply patches by rolling bounce how can we take domain backup ?

Domain backup not required for patching. Patching only update binaries not domain

There is a list of patches /opt/Oct22/STB/WLS/WLS_SPB_12.2.1.4.221011/binary_patches/rollback_patchlist.txt cd /opt/oracle/middleware/12214/Opatch ./opatch nrollback -oh /opt/oracle/middleware/12214 -idFile rollback_patchlist.txt I will publish it as well.

For this capability you have to use some inhouse automation tool or some third party centralzed management tool.
