If when printing the paper slightly buckles on one side - and causes slight bluriness - is this usually fixed by adjusting the torque limiter?

Did you find a solution for this because I have the same problem
mimaki... a real scam company. Worst service, inifinite problem with machines, consumable excesive price, continuuos suck of money with auto maintenance (only real +, but this auto maintenance cost a lot). Slow, extreme expensive for what you get (0 service, manual only in enghlish, very few real explanation, most real info on youtube, dozens of source of problem - dust, temp, ink, etc, etc) dificult acces to printhead, maintenance for every parts...Excesive marketing for ultra expensive machines with very few real advantages.
