WEBINAR: Fitness and nutrition and how they complement each other

It is said that fitness is 80% diet and 20% exercise. It can be 70-30 or 75-25 but the bottomline is what you eat is as important or more important than the exercises you do. You work out perfectly but don’t eat right or you eat right but don’t move at all. Neither of this will work, say experts.
