please report update. and would you kindly refer me to a couple of quick links. I have included breathwork in my dystonia regimen, and its yielding the most results relative to anything else I tried. many thanks

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and have had muscle spasms/tremors that are worsening and my doctors cannot figure out what they are and I believe it’s dystonia

I have CRPS too and ever since I've had mild dystonia and tremors in my right hand only, but recently after a really bad anxiety attack it began getting worse and its been 3 days since my anxiety attack and it hasn't gone away yet. :(. I have muscle spasms that are painful and I can't control it either:/ and now its affecting my neck and shoulders too. Did your symptoms start after you were diagnosed with CRPS or had you had them before?

How can you tell the difference between early set of Dystonia and Tourettes Syndrome?

My toes have been curling over each other and it is painful. I looked it up and now I'm here, starting to think I might have early onset Parkinson's and its freaking me out

@@garyscorey1 no, I haven't had that happen in a while but have bad neck cramping, muscle cramping tightness all over and bad headaches
