I feel for this guy. I worked as a sub for 15 years(night janitor for schools). For 15 years I showed up everytime they asked me to show up. Done a good job. No complaints. Watched person after person for years get the full time job over me. When the full time janitor job I really wanted for the schools popped up, I was finally the most qualified person out of all the interviewers. I was in my 15th year and no one had that amount of experience over me. Went balls to the wall to get it too. In the end, the principle gave the job to her friend, who had never once done any janitorial work at all. I quit the job immediately after finding that out. Didnt know what I was going to do. Now I co own a lawn care company and will completely own it in a year.

I know how you feel , one of the greatest feelings in the world. I remained a novice mechanic for 5 years, while new mechanics quickly passed me in experience. Everyone harassed me for being so inexperienced at my age, but it was just because I wanted to go back to cooking. Little did they know I was attending a culinary nightschool. Even my higher ups told me I'd never be anything more than a parts swapper. Now I am the executive chef at a regional fine dining restaurant, making more than the highest paid techs there combined. I love bringing my ZL1 there for services just to rub it in their faces that they were wrong.

@steven milstead After reading up on Miss Greene’s story, something tells me your derisive comment is less about the way she quit her job by standing up proudly and frankly for what she believes in, and more so to do with the fact that you disagree with medical/recreational marijuana use, and/or may be racist. Or, maybe it has nothing to do with either of those things. I do, however, think it’s very telling that those with an issue with my comment have bent over backwards to nitpick at my mentioning that racism may _potentially_ be a factor, but hardly anyone has said anything about the recreational marijuana use. Why reply if it doesn’t apply. Me thinks the lady doth protest too much. Edit: Something that's never made sense to me about racists: If you're so proud to be racist, and feel it's justified, why get offended and try to gaslight when called out for what you are? If you're so proud to the point that you have racist pfp's, usernames, and openly say things like "There's a reason some races are associated with low class" why backpedal when you're accurately assessed? It's like the ku klux wearing those white masks. For what? Aren't you happy to be racist, why hide, why suddenly pretend you're not? Especially when you've got Nazi insignias, openly calling black people the n word, and whatnot, etc. all over your every social media? Hating other/certain races is your entire personality, but you want others to pretend like it's not? It's so much easier to just drink water and go to therapy like everybody else, rather than coping with your personal issues by being racist.
