Weaponised arm Gauntlet Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Style Making of #1 chassis and rocket launcher

Ойын-сауық

Re Creating mods from games is something this channel loves so when asked by the creators of Deus Ex to take on some of adam jensons gadets i got straight on it.
So in this video i've made a sort of chassis and some iron man style rocket launchers which i must say i'm very pleased with, next video i add a ballistic knife and taser element.
Check out the game here it's out now so you can play for real whats inspired the build www.deusex.com

    Holding & pulling the swarf like you did as the lathe was facing the aluminum blocks is extremely dangerous Colin. I know you had gloves on, but that razor sharp swarf can very easily wrap around your hands & fingers & slice through to the bone & beyond in a fraction of a second. I'm not a health & safety freak, but I'd hate to see something bad happen to you especially as you'd be incapable of making anymore great videos for us all to enjoy.

    I trained as a mechanical engineer many years ago & I can remember one or two things they taught us, but the main reason is an accident my son had pulling swarf from a lathe at work which resulted in months of very painful micro surgery repairing near severed fingers.

    That was very thin swarf. And it's aluminium. I did that all the time as a kid. That kind in particular isn't going to do anything more than give you very minor cuts, and if that. But I can understand certain steels or thicker aluminium strings if they get caught on the lathe spindle and don't break. That'd likely cause the damage you described.

    @nadvic1797

    5 жыл бұрын

    i understood that reference. i still think that it's totally wrong at this place. yes, there are unnecessary microtransations in the singleplayer. but the things is: they're indeed unnecessary. i played through the game for around 50 hours and never thought myself: oh my, i'd really like to purchase that or that to stop that grind. the game is the exact opposite of a grind indeed (like one could for example argue about shadow of war). the world is the most immmersive i've seen in my life. the story might not be the best, but the sidestories and events that just happen when you walk around and are just a little bit curious is just amazing and probably the best i've seen in any AAA game. and that alone justifies purchasing the game and ignoring the crazy hate-train on the microtransactions. and to everyone who decided to not buy the game because of the microtransactions: you're missing out on sth ... that's all i can say.

  • @Skorpychan

    @Skorpychan

    @@nadvic1797 There are microtransactions? I just got the fancy-pants special edition a while after release, and got everything and all the pre-order bonuses. No need to grind for money, just loot and sell. No need to grind for XP, just knock people out and wander off, then come back and knock them out again. Or just go full exploration like the original Deus Ex encouraged.

    Saleen AF As well as whom? Guns are banned, knives are in the process of being banned, and this project alone is essentially going to be a frightening mashup of the two that fires rockets from a battery-powered arm-cage. I'm not saying it's wrong, I fully support what Collin has done and wants to do, and that's precisely why I'm worried that what he does and wants to do don't really sound like things that Brittain wouldn't have laws against doing.

    guns are not banned here.. you can even buy an AR-15 if you have a license... its just harder to get one... and "defence" is not a legitimate reason to own one - only sport/leisure or work ... and to get a license a policeman must come round your house and interview you and a few of your friends... and also they will interview your doctor as well... after that you can buy an AR-15 but it costs £1600.00 from a reputable dealer. You can also buy handguns but they are limited to non-automatic - you can buy a glock 17 but you need permission from the defence secretary section-5 clearance (unless you work for the police)
