I was homeless for 17 years . I felt as if I was out and I couldn’t change . I tried so many times and ways to figure it out . But kept dying , failing and became comfortable with the way I was living . It wasn’t till I experience god and put everything into something bigger then me . I run multi million dollar business now . That’s not me that’s something bigger then me solving and doing for me what I couldn’t do myself . If anyone ever felt the way I did . Miserable , despair and empty . You know that there’s one thing that can get you to where you should be in life. That purpose . I realized I had to go through those situations and triumph to have god build me into the person I am today and the purpose I was design for . It always seizes to amaze me that no one has it figured out god has a funny way of showing you that he’s in control and always will be and will put things in front of you to build you for what your purpose is .

One dude say houses don't make money lol I bought my first house in S Cal in my late 20's 4/2.5 2400sqft 35k gal pool. I didn't live in it and had it rented in the first week of purchase while making an additional $300-350 a month. I later sold it for good profit, while making money.

So you give your money to somebody else... when the money stops you are homeless. If you buy a house you can sell it and have money. When you rent someone else ends up with your money. I cant help but disagree with this. Not to mention the month to month price of rent vs a payment. I worked for a rental house company and they said they get 1 percent monthly of the investment. 100 months and someone else bought you a house...

@@mavdaddy6429 I believe part of his point is that buying a house ties you down to a location. Also, if you get a loan to buy a 300K house, you end up paying over 600k.

@@skippy31415979 you can sell a house. Than you walk with the equity. If you rent your whole life you pay for a house over and over again. Where I am at its 1,000 bucks a month rent on average. 120,000 bucks in ten years. Walking with that 120,00 when you want to move would be a lot nicer than turning in keys and walking with a thank you!

Mav Daddy I agree with you. Completely. He compares renting a home to going to Disneyland, that’s an absolute contrast. One doesn’t go to Disneyland everyday. Owning a home also has the advantage of extraction of equity to invest in something else. In the past 10 years, my wife and I have spent over $100k in rent. That’s 1/3 of a mortgage on a decent house. Imagine what we could have done with the equity if we’d owned a home. Besides, many of these landlords treat you like shit and act like you’re their subjects and should be subservient to them. I love these videos but one must be discerning about what we see and hear. I’m buying a house. Full stop

What I learn from my dad is work even after hours or days off that how he afford his dream car 5 years ago now he still driving that car till this day.

You may saw this comment before, but this is for us to be aware. I lost my job because of this pandemic. I am on the edge of losing all my money because my investment also goes down because of the pandemic and I don't want to cut loss. So I decided to start my youtube channel and Instagram page. When I was in high school I always knew I was different. I knew I was gonna be so thing big and it has never changed. I took my family’s business from 6k to 300k still nothing even tho it might seem like a lot. I started my own channel to prove it and motivate people who think they have nothing to do in this life. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in order to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek help in the right places.

as a business coach, it surprises just how many business owners think they are "entrepreneurs" and they are barely ecking out a living. Why? because they treat their business as a job. Nice video! If you think and act like a pauper you'll be broke! If you think always of immediate gratification that comes with spending instead of saving you'll be broke! I learnt the HARD WAY! I can still remember vividly that year when I was so broke(I was always extravagant then) that I could barely pay my bills.
