I want people watching this to know in August 2022 I began a new journey for myself and this video was what I had on day one. I was able to survive a rough break up from that moment and I went from 236 pounds to averaging 160 now. LISTEN TO THESE WORDS ON THIS VIDEO OVER AND OVER AND OVER, read Proverbs and the Gospels, and simply try to be better today than you were yesterday. My life is far from perfect and that’s why I’m back watching this video. But I know I’ll get back up because I started from a much worse place. I love you guys and comment here if you need prayers.

i see all the people here talking about there negative experiences with alcohol. i’m a really extrovert person, i don’t have anxiety and i drink with my friends because it’s even more fun to do stupid stuff drunk, i don’t get hungover even if i drink really much, and i haven’t yet seen immediate negative consequences, except like stupid stuff i said/ did, which nobody cares about anyways because we were all drunk, so maybe someone could tell me what the longterm effects on my developing brain will be (i’m 15). i watched this video, because i want to be aware of the risk that go with the consumption of alcohol and i already knew most of them before i started, i just want to here a different opinion on substance consumption during puberty in general, because i’m not willing to fuck my life over for temporary happiness. Thx for reading that wall of text :)

I’ve been dealing with anxiety for 11 years since I was 7 and no one ever wanted to help me, all I would get was a lecture for having worries. It’s hard to be on this planet and power through the hard times.

Quitting alcohol might not open the gates of Heaven and let you in but it will open the gates of Hell and let you out. I’m 4 months sober after drinking excessively for 30 years. “This Naked Mind” by Annie Grace is the book which helped me quit drinking when many other options didn’t work. Will power, AA, and trying to “cut back” didn’t work for me.

Quit drinking a few years ago. I quit coke in 1999.i got hurt in 2012 had several back and neck surgeries . Got off vicodin and morphine in 2019 becuase i was snorting 120 10 mg vicodin in 3 to 7 days . In 2021 i got my medical card . I'm clean I'm sober but i use weed strictly medicly just to numb the pain i live in. Because it's the lesser of all the evils.
