I often wonder what they think when they realise that you came back at night and flew your drone again.

SIA are only ones that can prosecute for breaches of the licence though, so going to police will not get an arrest

I have absolutely no doubt that if I was a security guard, a boss or an employee of a company and someone was OUTSIDE filming or flying a drone, the most I would do is wonder why they would even want photos or videos of the place..but my 'mind' would NEVER think of telling them they couldn't or shouldn't do it, or that I will ring the police. My brain would realise they are harmless and not doing anything 'wrong'

I think black belt barrister might have been referring to situations of civil trespass where it seems the videographer is there to just wind them up for a reaction. I usually don't go on their land and I never approach anyone l, they only ever start the interactions. It's an interesting fact, not in any of my videos have I ever walked up to someone and interacted with them first, so they usually put themselves on camera but then proceed to film me. If you ask the audit haters they'll tell you I shove a camera in peoples faces, but it's actually the other way around. I film the building, they appear on my camera then film me, so people walk up to me and film me 🤣🤷

I saw that very video. What he said in that video is a contradiction of what my training was when I started doing public photography for a living. I'm more trusting of a multinational company with many legal departments then a bbb simply but he argues his interpretation of the law the judge decides if he agrees with either of the defence or prosecutions arguments. I spoke to legal to find out what his job position actually involves

They should suspend him and investigate his actions as an employee?

Yes, doing the day and night shots and then the edit is painstakingly slow but the result is usually worth it
