Another great adventure charlie! Love seeing you and Dame out exploring the world and saving some local history! I'm 8n southeastern Ohio myself and have been working with or local historical society in regards to the exploration and settling of southeastern Ohio in the late 1700s by the Ohio company... Just wanted to say Well done brothers and let you know that You guys inspired me & my son's (6 & 8) to talk to our local historical society here in Athens county Ohio and start saving some of our local history and documenting the journey on my KZread channel. Thanks for being positive roll models for my sons!

A nice adventure. Thanks for taking us along. It seems like where you were digging could have been a servant's quarters. I know that in CT there were many indentured servants in the late 1700s and early 1800s. They could have build a nice place for the owner and left on their own to build their own quarters. Have fun. I really appreciate your attitude towards the true purpose of metal detection. Of all the gin sites on social media yours is the one I watc and enjoy. That was one of those, Don't be surprised if there's nothing there hunts. But what a surprise to see the well in that triangle road! And sure not much in the way of relics but for an initial sweep it proved there was a dwelling there and livestock!👍🎧✌️🇺🇸

Great video folks. The 60 feet of stream/cart path missing could be explained by the hurricane of 1938. That was before most areas had any sort of flood control and it was a rugged one. Edit*. You mentioned said hurricane some after I wrote the above. I'd agree with your surmising. Like the oxen shoes... Born and raised in north central Massachusetts and a guy across the street from me as a kid used to use oxen in his fields even though he had perfectly good tractors. I've been fascinated with steer and oxen ever since.

Do you think this is a single family home or are there more dwellings in the area.? Good detective work. Thanks……

Hey guys my 13th Great Grandfather Simon Bradstreet and wife Anne Dudley Bradstreet. They had a son Dudley Bradstreet who was a magistrate during the witch trials. He stepped down. He and his wife drew up a petition to stop the trials. They had to go into hiding. Living near NH they went to excuse my spelling Paquata Valley. I think it's called Waterville now? If you detected where they live it might not be on a map? I'm curious if you came upon the name Bradstreet on your maps? Thank you.
