Traveling to Santorini can be quite an adventure. Sometimes we travel with the One Pack Wanderers. And sometimes we travel with Rick Steves. It's hard to walk all the way to Oia. Oia might have the best sunsets in the entire world. Walking from Fira to Oia in Santorini is an incredibly beautiful walk. Sometimes it rains in Santorini, but usually just in Fira, not in Oia. Oia is a beautiful place to stay, especially for those people who do instagram. Oia is a great keyword, as is Fira.

12:00 is exactly how i felt about places like santorini, the galapagos islands, and the serengeti...like only the rich could go. then you make it happen and you're like "wow...i'm really here"... also for anybody who visits santorini...lucky's souvlaki is a mustttt. soooo good. hope they're still opened
the fia to oia walk is INCREDIBLE. just don't wear any clothes you don't mind sweating in. we had to bring a change of clothes for that reason lol

So, a language/grammar question...random I know. You said there were 2 Lanai off your room. In England we call them balconies, and I always thought a Lanai was one of those enclosed mossie/bug prevention terraces you get in the US.. But am I right then thinking a Lanai is the same as a balcony?

Thank you! I think it's named after Saint Irene, from the name of the old cathedral in the village of Perissa
OMG !!! 😲 I AM SO ~ JEALOUS NOW !!! Santorini is gorgeous 😍I've read that they had a serious pollution problem now ... did you find that true & a serious issue !? A real shame ...people should NEVER litter anything !! 💜🥁🐉🎤💕💞

Santorini is truly beautiful :) We didn't find pollution to be a problem at all, some small stuff, but not terrible

@@LisaAndJosh I saw on news that tourists leaving too much plastics / garbage behind & they've got no place to dump 'em ,so it's polluting the island very sadly !! It's good that you didn't see it ,hoping they have improved somehow ,not just hiding it ! Thanks for that info & your reply as always !! 👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞
