Great video. I always enjoy people experiencing Greece for their first time. I have been there myself like 60 times. And the feelings I get when I get there every time is awe, and falling in love again, and again and again. And not just for the places you are visiting on your current trip. Like paros or Mykonos, Santorini. But endless other ones. Then you would *truly* fall in love with Greece because now you know these 2 separate islands and know how stunning they are. But if I would put you in mountain heavens or geological paradises, crazy natures, caves, wetlands, hotsprings, mountain lakes, gorges etc on the mainland which are heaven, and similarly countless islands on top of that, each unique also. Some have like everything that a continent has like Crete. Some are virgin forested like Skopelos..some are geological crazyness like Milos. Some are Volcanic like Sanorini, Nisyros, Methana, etc. Some are very huge on medieval like Rhodes, and so on and so on and so on. Its a extremely wide range of beauty. Hence I call Greece a collection of paradises as every different region on the mainland or different island can put you in a true heaven, and always a different heaven

Also. Smart couple. Not many say it regsrding the following. Yes Santorini is together with Mykonos the most expensive places in Greece. But I have been 3 times to Santorini, also 4 days each time. And had lovely hotels not at the caldera for 50-60 euro each night and breakfast included. And my girlfriend and I would then walk and drive all around and experience so much of the beauty of Santorini. Santorini has many more secrets that you dont know about yet or not visited. One of them is Vlychada beach, or Easter festival in Pirgos, or Akrotiri historical site dated to 5000-3600 years ago with volcanic eruption 3600 years ago that made the entire city part be covered under lava. But then you get a view of highly sophisticated society with multistory buildings dated to 4000 years ago or before Anyway. Point is. The hotels tgat I choose in advance (few months ahead) are great prices. I have a keen eye for it. So. Great place that I stay at, for 50-60 euro a night. And the money that is saved, goes into fantastic food everywhere on the island for lunch and dinner while exploring the island. It cant get better or cheaper. Its literally not expensive. And so. You 2 made the smart observation as well. You are 100% correct

Been to Santorini three times. That tells you something about this beautiful calderas . And will visit again in 2024. Best month to go is 1st week of May and mid September as it’s not too touristy and the temperatures is just perfect . Try climbing Skaros Rock early in the morning. Breathing view. Awesome vlog guys. I'm glad that someone outside of Greece finally said it... yes Santorini can be very expensive but you can get by with less money by eating and staying outside of Oia and Fire for example or buying stuff from the super markets and using the bus to get around.. If you want an even cheaper trip then you should visit during April, May or late September, October.. the views are equally stunning!

Fully agreed and said this as well in a comment just now. It does NOT have to be expensive while you have a good place. When I go to Santorini I will choose 3 months in advance. I had many great places to stay with even breakfast for 50-60 euro a night. 20-40 meters away from the caldera. So what? I walk and explore the entire day at the caldera. Exploring the island >>>>>> any hotel, no matter if its 15.000 euro a night

Facts! We went in May of this year and shopped at grocery stores for the most part and saved so much. I was shocked at the cost of groceries in Santorini and Milos. And it wasn't too hot and there weren't a lot of people 👌

I was supposed to be there this year for our 20th wedding anniversary but life is full of surprises so I went to Rome instead.. knowing the amount of work to edit this kind of video in a holiday thank you for your efforts . Ya, if you are still on Santorini, try not to miss out on Kamari, the black sand beach. The views there are really gorgeous too. Went there when Greece just opened up to tourists after the lockdowns. All I can say is that the pictures or videos doesn’t do it justice. How the sun lights it up is so much different compared to Mykonos. The colors are so much vibrant in person.

I agree with the comments below. I am a retired teacher of video production and have watched thousands of KZread videos. Yours is only the third one I would grade at 100%. Adding the Greek word for the locations was a brilliant touch. We leave for Santorini in 5 weeks and are looking forward to an amazing time. You got an amazing deal on the accommodations. I can not find a price lower than 135 Euros and that is in mid October. We will be paying that price for a place right on the slope of the Caldera in Firostefani (location, location, location). I'm now looking forward to viewing your other trips. DO NOT stop submitting. You are very talented.

We had an amazing 2 weeks in Santorini staying in 4 different areas of the island. I started using a cheaper version of a GoPro but found that when I walked with it the results were jerky. How are yours so smooth? Thanks@@JanandAnn

I Went To Santornini In October With My Mum And Going Again In October 24 ❤ I Stayed In Kamari It Was Nice And Quiet And My Hotel Was Right Next To The Beach!! ❤❤❤

I must commend you both for exploring such incredible destinations. If I may, I'd suggest creating a dedicated playlist to showcase these beautiful countries.
