Hey chase remember me? A little while back I asked what you thought of the ninja 400 vs cbr500 and you said screw them both and go with an MT07. Well I've been trying to get one ever since lol but I have another 08 r6 now for a steal and wanted to ask if something my bike is doing is normal seeing how you've had plenty of r6 you would know. My idle doesnt seem to be 100% smooth like it doesnt rev up crazy or anything but the needle moves a little bit up and down maybe half an inch. Is that normal?

Been following all these builds and just gotta say Kudos to Brian for going out of his way to help Chase from the beginning and continue on with the show even more.

ika savin because Corbin is a wanker. Carbon Fibre on the other hand, the tank isn’t, so it’d look odd as is, and even though CF wrap looks good, it wouldn’t match up with the real stuff, so it makes sense to wrap the whole bike with the pattern exposing some of the CF fairings.

Love it. The tank would stick out like a sore thumb if you tried to wrap it in CF style wrap, so that design looks great. The colour is lovely too, it’d be the best on a Triumph Daytona (British racing green and all that) but I’ll let it slide on the Paningle... Leaving parts of the CF exposed is beautiful too. Also from experience of wrapping my own bike and getting quotes up in NYC, those quotes are incredibly cheap! That’d be worth a ride down for how cheap he’s quoting.

That is the best color combo, the whole bike is going to be insane!!! A red or white accent color would look really sick, like the new Toyota Army Green TRD PRO line.

I am wanting to take the Front' part of a 2012 R1 or 2008 R6 fairing and Graft it onto the Front of my 2013 Yamaha Stryker for better styling and more aggressive lighting any ideas? how would I mount it?

Wrapping motorcycles is not always the easiest thing. Imagine placing a piece of paper over a big round ball, now imagine trying to force the edges of that piece of paper along the sides of the ball without creating any creases. That is similar to the process of wrapping a motorcycle tank.

That wrap job seems expensive. I had a 3\4 (meaning 3\4 of the entire van was wrapped) custom wrap done on one of my vans for my biz and it cost $1200.

Anyone have a tip for me? I am 5'9 but unfortunately. Have a rather long torso and just short legs like only 26 27 inseam so I cannot for the life of me flat foot any bike so far. With the r3 I'm on my toes. Tips to build confidence while still learning how to ride?

chaseontwowheels but then why not just wrap the original body and save a ton of cash? The weight savings for a street, even a track day bike is probably not worth the cost of the carbon plus the vinyl (which adds weight back to the carbon anyway) just sayin..
