These supervisors didn't apologize because they were stripped from their authority to "control" what goes on in the building in which they work. When that happens in an instant, and they want to keep their unauthorized control, it's hard to accept. Therefore an apology will not be given on their part. This WILL happen again if someone else tries to exercise their rights to record in public. You should revisit.

@@moparman1962 I guess you don't watch a whole lot of the auditing videos. They are based on the FACT that the LEOs in this country DO NOT KNOW the law. I have YET to see, on any of the many channels I frequent, ANY LEO who can quote even the First Amendment of the Constitution which states the right to photography, free speech, right to gather to protest, grievance toward the US government or any of those rights regarding their person. This leo was great. There have been lawful citizens whose lives have been ended for lack of ID by those same LEOs who swore allegience to that Constitution - that they know nothing about.

We are seeing the fruits of the labour of those auditors like James here. We know that they are more aware nowadays just in that security officer calling James a 'tyrant'. Strange that, knowing what they did know, they didn't study up on the Constitution and operate under that authority. Cops knew though. Many still don't know - even though they swore an oath to it.

We can see, from the very beginning, that 'some' work is sinking in. James' work is coming to fruition. It is the Leos who truly need the education and they are the ones who took an oath to uphold and support the Constitution. The government employment divisions need to school all their employees. It should be a requirement of employment that they are to read (and be questioned on) the Constitution.

Oh no, I think you're mistaken or wrong because as it happens I spoke to him just a few hours ago over the phone, and upon our introduction (He/Habib/Patel) relayed to Me in an oddly heavy Pakistani accent that his name was in fact "MIKE" 😂😂
