You had that a little backwards @ 7:23 air does compress, fluid does not. That is why the brakes are spongy if there is air in the line.
My Gxst cam with brembo 😂
I have 2021 tuono factory bought the brembo rcs17 and so far 2 shops can't figure out the wire hook up. The connection is different...

For the brake light switch? Check if the brake light switch from the stock brembo master can be transferred over to the new one, otherwise you might have to cut the new brembo switch wires and crimp on the correct connectors so it can plug in to the bike's original cable/connector.
