Thank you and yes they did😅 we have the 9drawer to it but it has some serious water damage because before we got to the pickup location it decided to rain… we’re planning on repairing it when we have the time

Thanks! One of our easiest and most profitable flips! We have the 9 drawer dresser to it also but it has water damage so we have to tackle that one when we have more time!

We were actually going to sell it for over $400 but was heading out of town the next day so the buyer got a steal of a deal that day lol.

You need to start charging more for your pieces. I suggest adding all of your costs together and then figuring out a reasonable hourly rate and then charge according to that total. This may be a hobby and labor of love, but you still should get paid a reasonable amount for your labor. Love your videos.

i was going out of state the next day for work so we decided to make someone’s day by doing a little fire sale 😆 besides we got the piece for free along with the 9 drawer to it but that one got rained on but still fixable.

Thanks 😀 the color was beach house white from behr. Buyers seem to really like the color also. Anything we paint that color and has some sort of wood tone to contrast sells very well

those are some sexy grey socks.... winks. i love the piece , lovely
