tbh in most of Italy, especially the North, pizza is a recent introduction and not "traditional" like it is in Naples and Rome, Milan is a bit of an exception because immigrants from the South of Italy have been moving there for the best part of the last two centuries since unification.

You know it's a good vlog when the camera decides to run away. 🤣 The pizza looks so good! I worry I would get full after just 2 bites because of all the cheese though. If I ever travel there, I will definitely try it. 🤘

I am German. A friend of mine (German too) lives in Milano for about 30 years. When I visited him and we went out to eat something I could not believe how much better the food is compared to Germany. Even the most simple things like a tomato&mozarella salad. And I am really not talking about fancy restaurants. Just absolutely normal average cafes and restaurants deliver so high-quality food it is unbelievable.

I have been in Italien once and the best thing in Italien food is the Bread. Best bread I have ever taste in my life It’s so soft even when it’s thick It’s fluffy and you can eat a big pizza by your own cause they do it just like their bread. It’s wonderfully

I can say with confidence that this is a wonderful vlog! Everything is fine here, architecture, food and even you! 👍🙂

This is a bit similar to the pizza in Buffalo NY. The crust is soft and fluffy, the Mozzarella is the low moisture kind and you get brown spots. The sauce is probably very different. The last similarity is that it is traditionaly cut in squares here.

I have seen people who were gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant go to Italy and be able to eat their pasta and cheese because there’s just something different about it. So there’s hope lol.
