We try Filipinio desserts for our first time!(Philippines special!)

My Filipino friend Noel brought us some Filipino desserts and oh boy..I did not expect them to taste this good. I wasn't really expecting to like Filipino desserts this much, but I can say with confidence, you have to try Filipino snacks if you ever get the chance. Hope you enjoy the video guys, and we'll have a part 2 with snacks next time, so look forward to that :)

Same also in Korea example using beans ingredient for desserts contains carbohydrates . Fact many fruits and veggies have carbohydrates it's part of food ... Diet food is useless if body won't do exercise ... It's okay to eat carbohydrates as long as body exercise daily.....

So if others are still confused in which label that fits us, then let's just be called Filipinos and call it a day. Glad that they liked it, thanks to Noel, he chose the deserts really well although of course there are still more. Also, Lupang Hinirang (Philippine National Anthem) in 8 bit sound sounds so cute in the end at 11:39
