As a Manglorian, I've never heard of that stew before. Chicken Ghee Roast, Chicken Sukka, Kori Rotti etc are the specialities of Manglorian cuisine. Hope you try these dishes in future :)✌

I want to add Kosu Murgi ( Chicken made with Taro leaves) in the list... I recently discovered at a household near Rani, Guwahati.. it's a Rabha delicacy!! :) Yes try all the Assamese dishes with rice only! ❤️

As someone who's into studying about Korean culture, i don't think chicken kimbap is something that would REPRESENT how chicken is eaten in Korea. Korean fried chicken/barbeque would be a better choice. Hoping to see korean fried chicken in part 2.

I was going to say the same 😂 at least I have not tasted this in Mangalore 🙊 I was expecting ghee roast or sukka if there was any chicken dish from Mangalore and I thought it would not be authentic but yaha tho poora dish hi alag nikhla 😂 this happens with food videos in India because of our diversity... even I would miss a lot of things but yes! Frst of all mangalorean stew..it's not a famous mangalorean dish.. Main dish of mangalorean is Kori rotti..(kori means chicken curry-rotti means crispy rice pappad kind roti..) This dish we don't even eat regularly here..as a managlorean myself..that dish don't come in our fav list only😂 Restaurant which you ordered made you bakra..😂😂

First of all, hotpot should be eaten like a buffet where you can choose whatever you like with different toppings and sauces. Secondly there should be a variety of thinly sliced meats that comes raw and you cook it in the broth itself. These take out dont justify it.
