THIS IS A RESTAURANT TAKEOVER. Erwan Heussaff and Nico Bolzico are taking on the challenge of taking over a famous lugawan spot in the city. The fun tandem is serving 600 bowls of sumptuous rice porridge in just under two hours at the famous Lugawan sa Tejeros in Makati and it’s going to be a fun and chaotic episode! We documented the whole experience from food prep to finally preparing the last bowl for the day. Will they make it in one piece, or will this be a learning experience that they won’t forget? Stay with us until the end to find out!
