Gustav- In the future, use some ice two or three times/day to cool down the inflammation. Works incredibly well- painful at first, but then it isn't a problem until you heal.

GI illness seems to be a regular occurrence with a lot of the sailing channels. Best wishes...get and stay well!

OK, I just checked your website, it translates to English very well. I sure hope you sail again, please keep us updated. :-) One of the first vlogs I followed on KZread back in 2010 sailed for a year and went home but they post a video or two each year just to say hello.

Thank you Wakeywhodat! Yepp, we are back home at the moment. But we hope to be back after the hurricane season. And we are doing a lot of sailing at home aswell :)
