We “RUINED” this classic! / LS Swapped Procharged 1987 Buick Grand National Streetcar HQTV | S3 E25

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Watch almost the complete build on this car as we proceed to upset every OEM car guy with a one of a kind swap!!
We reached out to Procharger and got ahold of one of their newer G body swap with A/C kits to try, and we think we made something that was already good, even BETTER!!

You can get more than that with a tuned v6 on e85.

@@kensabo5884 you can build more power a lot of different ways. dudes throw around “e85” like everyone has access to it. Some places don’t have it. You use twice the fuel a lot of times, and it is hard on parts. If you build something for the street, you can ride everywhere and parts are easily and readily available, a pump Ls is hard to beat. ………. Again, haters usually don’t even have a ride let alone a project moving forward

@@kensabo5884You can also get more power from either a smaller pulley or a larger blower. Prochargers are all about proper application for power level needed. There are shops that have pushed 5.3's to 12-1300hp on the F1a94 but not everyone is trying to push 20-25lbs into their motors.

U dome a great job, I think I speak for a lot of guys, IF AND ONLY IF, it had the factory stock turbo v6 3.8, I would of been mad, and a lot of us to, but like u said, u got it with our a motor and so forth, so u done the next best thing, Install a supercharged v8: ok not to bad, The only complaint I have (we) please get rid of the 3.8 s.f.i logos , it’s not a v6 anymore, Just put 5.3 S.f.i instead or something els Over all get rid of the wheels , put on BBS or something els, to make it look cooler then that, But again great job on the build, u got almost 600 rear wheel hp out of that best, which no one can do, and it was done correctly especially with that beautiful tune, great job guys!

I have a frame off built 87 ttops i got the v6 motor fully built so i sat it aside so whenever i wanna go back to it i can buy ls swapped it because its hard to find people to work on the v6 so if u dont know how to work on it yourself i see no problem with swapping it to a ls just keep the v6 so if you sell it you can give it to the buyer

@@StreetCarHeadquarters I feel you. Nice build. I have a GMC typhoon and everyone wants me to LS swap that. Because the truck is rare I'm good with getting 450 to the wheels with it being all wheel drive it helps it. I also have a 87 grandnational making 500hp to the wheels. If I had a 87s monte carlo or a 87s to early 90 camaro I would LS it in a heart beat.
