This story is amazing. Period. I love the friendship and magic system. Characters are sooooo good. Please give it a thought to react to it. Asta may be pretty annoying in the sub more than the dub, but he totally does grow on you.

you have no idea how excited i was that Ange recognized TXT!!! also if you don’t already know of them, you should totally check out xdinary heroes. they’re a k-band and i think you’d really like a lot of their songs! Black Clover as a whole is a really amazing show and it’s easily one of my favorites! i feel like a lot of people who dislike it didn’t get through the first season because it definitely starts slow lol. but as someone who has seen just about all of your videos,i think you guys would really enjoy it! 3:42 also best boy gordon❤

Manga is the better experience but the fight scenes are expanded and well shown in the anime

The reason there’s so many mixed reviews is bc the author wanted to make a shonen version of berserk which meant obviously not being as graphic. His main focus is the world building/lore and its characters. The animation isn’t consistent due to it being a weekly production, but I still recommend it. It’s a really well written series and imo has no boring episodes. The main inspiration for this series are Db, bleach, berserk, and togashi(hxh,yuyu hakusho)

I never thought I'd see Black Clover on this channel. I am very happy.

The consensus favorite among the general public is OP 10 - Black Catcher, to the point where a lot of people even have it in their Top 5 Anime OP's ever (e.g. NicholasLightTV had it at No. 4 on his Top 60 anime Openings list) But yeah, 1,3,7, and 12 are also pretty popular. Glad you liked them!

i absolutely love black catcher (and black rover... and all the ops really), though personally i have to say my favorite is op 9 (right now) for some reason. it might be it really resonated with me since i liked the arc so much

Best OP hands down

In my opinion its a very underrated show. Its got great character development, great animation, soundtrack and most importantly a great and intriguing storyline. Absolutely recommend giving Clover a go as it quite honestly shocked me with how much i genuinely enjoyed watching it.

Please please please please watch Black Clover! The first 15 episodes might be a little slow, but the show finds it footing fast and becomes amazing! Such a fun experience!

You all will absolutely adore the characters and their interactions with each other. The animation (particularly in the first 40 episodes) can be a bit rough, but it gets way better over time and some of the fights are absolutely spectacular. Asta is a great MC and Yuno is a great rival. Also, the female cast is actually super important and not just there for the MC Just make sure when you watch it you watch the dub, it has Chris sabat

@@The123abable Because Asta was absolutely insufferable in the sub for like the first 10 episodes. He got a hell of a lot better, but he was a legitimate nightmare in the beginning. I came out of it liking the sub more still once he got better, but I'll never discredit Black Clover's dub. It's up there with the great dubbed animes for me now. The few and the mighty.

@@PK_Nate it's not about discrediting. Just because the dub is "good" doesn't make it better than original, like a lot of things are lost in translations, a lot of things are lost during dubs too. It makes sense for people who're not used to subtitles or watching foreign language stuff, but these guys are used to it. They even watched Fmab in dub due to popular opinion. And fyi they've started one piece which has similar annoying goofy voiceactings which you do get used to after a while so this is nothing.

I was not expecting that, when you did the openings reaction I thought "hey it would be nice if they do openings reaction for a single anime and watch all the black clover openings" and here they are. My favorite anime with my favorite reactors on youtube. I'm looking forward for more reactions like this, ther are so many animes with a lot of insane openings.

The mixed reviews come from the animation imo. The story is solid, good plot, the animation lets it down sometimes tho. But definitely a show worth watching.

Yeah, the studio wanted to do seasonal but the publisher wanted a weekly series. So they skimped on animation for several episodes so they could focus on their favourite parts of the story, since they didn't have the budget to do cool animation otherwise. Can put people off a bit.

Honestly for an anime with a plethora of openings, almost all of them are on par with each other, and the bar itself is set pretty high. Keep up the content!!

gonna need endings 1-13 as well for sure now that you've opened the black clover gate. The endings are extremely diverse, in both song and visuals. You'll def enjoy them as well. Also the main character is named Asta lol, so idk how you got the other name. The main character's friend is named Yuno.

Black clover is great! Took me maybe 5 episodes to get into, but I've grown to love it. I think what it does best is portraying the camarederie and friendships between the characters. It's also funny at times, a good comfort show with some amazingly animated fights.

@19:00, yeah this opening was done by TXT, they also have another song by a different Kpop group (Treasure). the TXT members are fans of black clover lol, the show is pretty popular in Korea
