Bro has the WR in the 300. He is a 100-200-300-400 guy.
Quincy Wilson's stride-length-to-height ratio must be off the charts! The times he puts up at only 16 years old are insane! It will be interesting to see how he develops....could be a future 400 meter World Record Holder.

We would've smoked Botswana too but that would've been greedy. Call it Foreign Aid. lol What I most enjoy is how we send a different team to every relay every year and still Gold. Hard work, dedication. I feel bad for Poland in the women's 4x1 though. Love watching Swoboda's form.

The U.S. Men's 4x100 is tricky....It would be tough not to go with 1st leg Christian Coleman (best starter ever?), 2nd Leg Lindsey or Bednarek (both smoked their legs and Lindsey has been crushing it in every distance this year), 3rd Leg Erriyon Knighton (runs the curve great), 4th Leg Noah Lyles (arguably the best sprinter in the world right now). I can't see anyone beating that team.

@@dr.options Im not sure what the best team would be but im quite sure coleman, knighton , lyles in the team for sure. Coleman first leg runnin around 90m and probably knighton on 3rd in the corner. Lyles would probably be best on 2nd to get long run and try to beat national record.🤔 Not sure who would the last runner because USA has crazy talent pool for 100m at the moment. You could pick any1 from top 10 and they would be OK.

Fahnbulleh running people down like Bob Hayes used to is a fucking marvellous thing to watch, he might be the best person in the world to have on the 4th leg of a relay team since Usain Bolt, I bet that last 50m split was around 4.2-4.5 seconds hes done it before

Heck the only close people was bromell and Coleman and that was in comparison to Gatlin. Best American sprinter will probably been lyles and gay.
