The absolute key to try and keep acne at bay is to strictly wash your face EVERY SINGLE DAY, morning and night. It’s all good and well buying expensive skincare products but trust me when I say, no serum or cream will work better than cleansing the skin. The build of oil needs to be removed before it has time to mix with dead skin cells and create spots. Try writing in your phone a list of am and pm for each day and add a tick every time you wash your face. Do it everyweek until you build the habbit of doing it everytime, no matter how tired you are. Keep cleansers in your car in case you stay over somewhere unexpectedly and treat yourself to wrist scrunchies and a nice headband that will make cleansing a nice ritual. If you need any advice, please ask. I’ve gone from having acne to having clear skin I can happily not have to cover in makeup.

@@HayleyGardening22 hi, I actually do that every single day, both am and pm, i do skincare as well but it doesn’t seem to work :( for more context: i have pretty bad menstrual cycle/cramps, i used to get a few spots here and there but now it’s gotten worse, any tips would be appreciated!!

I remove my eye makeup with a cotton pad and micellar water or Nivea eye make-up cleanser, rhen remove my spf/make-up with The Ordinary squalene cleanser (any oil or balm based cleanser is ideal) then I do my second cleanse with Salicylic Acid wash (the cerave blemish cleanser), in the mornings I cleanse once with any foaming cleanser. I avoid using any skincare that includes parki/shes butter and oil and other clogging ingredients. An oil in a cleanser is fine, but not in anything that stays on the skin. I also completely stopped picking, squeezing or scratching my spots. Instead I apply a tiny bit of acnecide on them for 10mins.

i’d like a friend like cinzia. sophia just gives low key “not happy” vibes when Cinzia does something good about her self… like if she’s asking her opinion on her hair or like makeup sophia will always go for the less beat option instead of the best one… noticed it throughout the years on a lot of stuff. even when they compliment each other cinzas seem so much more genuine 😅 sophia says then like she’s being forced to! sophia seems like she isn’t a fan when the limelight is on cinz. also thinks she’s quite stingy, cinzia was the first to get her a “big” purchase for her birthday a few years ago & it’s like sophia only did it for her as she’s obvs look bad if she didn’t one up her or match her. just my opinion 😂

This is just creating bullshit for no reason, these girls have been friends for years. They both have different personalities and different love languages. It’s not every day make a problem for nothing. In my personal opinion if you ain’t got nothing nice to say just don’t open your mouth to say it. No negative energy is welcome around here.
