And this is not about race, just the culture in those regions. Oh wow! We have what appears to be the actual person given the ticket. I read your points and will give you some tips: 1. Take all of this to court on your speeding ticket. Bring it all up to the judge/prosecutor if you think it helps your speeding ticket case. 2. Just a heads up...the circumstances of your past traffic stops have no bearing on the violation in this stop. 3. I promise you this officer does not need to be "re-tested." In fact, I would challenge you to let all of us know which specific tests this officer should be "re-tested" on. Please give names and details. Thank you! Have a great day!

  • @HarringJess

    @HarringJess

    2 ай бұрын

    I think its just easy to comply and answer honestly. There's no harm. The only time I was asked that question (what are you doing?) it was from a Boston suburban cop, I told him I was delivering. He took my license and registration to run it (which I'm happy he did). I didn't violate any traffic infractions but this business asked the cops to ID anyone coming and going due to an increase in theft. The cops register the names and car info of all of the people who come and go into this establishment, which doesn't bother me at all. If your doing the right thing, it won't matter what your doing. Plus, I think they are trying to find the culprit. Not everyone steals from the same place, but if they got away with it, they might feel emboldened to try again I showed him the delivery slip, dropped off the packages and was on my way to the next stop.

    Coral Springs again showing how it should be done. So much better than Pinellas Cty. I never been here but every cop seems excellent. PD’s should aspire to be this way. 3 strikes your out but still mad discretion even passed that. No eager beaver Frank just victimizing citizens like he used to be a victim of 25 years ago.
