We Put a 40 HP Unlimited Class Karting Engine in a Yard Kart

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The Manco Dingo is our favorite yard kart, and they can be very fast for a go kart with the right modifications. At one time, the Manco Dingo go kart was the fastest vehicle around the CarsandCameras Grand Prix. Since then, we've built and raced motorcycle powered projects with full suspension, and the humble Dingo go kart has been kicked out of the top 10 on the CarsandCameras Grand Prix leaderboard. In this video series, we aim to build the world's fastest yard kart to retake the number one spot on the Grand Prix. We're starting with a Manco Dingo go kart we bought for $160, we're installing a new, wider rear axle, we're installing custom front brakes with aggressive tires for better turn in and braking, and we're swapping in a cast block Tillotson 275cc methanol engine from a top performing oval racing kart.

As much as you might think this and many other channels don't realy make any money off of KZread unless you are hitting 100k views within 24hrs of video been dropped/uploaded... thats why channels sell merc and promote sponsors or have a pay wall... even big channels will have product placement that you don't relise

Yeah it's definitely over money. I mean they use to drop 2 vids a week and get 100k or so on them. And now it's down to 1 a week and same views if they are lucky. They said it was to make better vids and better builds but yet they still slap things together.

These are the facts, and very well said. If you take the time machine back about 6-8 years to any Cars&Cameras Mayhem event video, you will see Charles not just wearing the Cars&Cameras hat (figuratively speaking), but quite literally doing everything the employee of the month could possibly do and more. All this, 5 years before he actually got the Assistant Vice President/Shop Guru job and applicable paycheck. You Rock Charles! and we wish you the best!

Back in the 70's an old farmer taught me to use water on rust . He said and called it Rust welded . A lugged rim was stuck to the assembly on a tractor and I was using a 10 lbs shop hammer trying to loosen it . He noticed I had use WD 40 . He said something about swelling the rust up with the oil , to use water to wet it out . The next time I was in the same predicament I remembered what the old man told me , and was hammering the rim . Hammering dry , I am sure it is stuck . So I mixed up a spray bottle of dish soap 1:3 1 being the soap . And hosed it in the area. Something else I learned in Fire Fighting , soap and water , AKA wet makes the water particles smaller and will get in places better than pure water . I was so surprised because it really worked . Try it next time . And thank Old Farmer Bill for it as I have passed it on to you now .

Glad Hollywood graced us with Owen Wilson's presence on C&C for the last couple of years. Will be sorely missed by all of us - but the upside is he'll be warmly welcomed by his family 👍👍

Love the build, though it seems like a bittersweet ending to the episode it’s honestly a part of the wholesome community yall built and it makes my day knowing Charles is not just making it towards his goals but making the best life for his son too

A couple of thoughts, ludicrous speed, sonic the hedge hog, need to make posters of it with all wheels in the air. May be time to invest in a drone to follow action on course 👍

Hate to see you leave Charles but I have to agree 100% family first, as a dad of 4 they grow up to fast and work can make that happen not being there a lot.make time for that family. As you said it’s not good by it’s see you later hate good bye’s. Now on to the cart this thing is a total animal

I truly hope this isn’t good bye. I’m excited and looking forward to seeing you pop into episodes in the future❤️❤️🥹🥹

Hardly exclusive. They've had a range of sponsors, from do it yourself meals, raycon earbuds, Langmuir plasma table and even making money on Amazon referral links to parts they've bought.

Ok guys I am giving you the ultimate challenge because I think you can do it! You need to weld four of those Tilotson blocks together to make a four cylinder Tilotson monster! If successful a Tilotson V8 could be in your future. It can be done because I saw a guy weld together four Briggs engines and make a four cylinder. If you can pull this off then you guys would truly be legendary in the small engine world!!! Make it happen!! Epicness pending!?!?
