This is probably one of the best and most reliable build out of all Donutmachine. K20 swap, excellent brake kits and suspensions, nice looking wheels and now sick interior. That's basically my dream build!

I like the blue and yellow thing that's starting to form. The blue brakes, yellow seats, and valve cover, I like it. I think a classic championship white exterior and a few more pops of color would look sick!

Do not paint it! It's near perfect with the old paint. It looks correct, and so nice on the inside. A/C and some tunes and that car is awesome. I saw thousands in that color paint and it is nostalgic.

Lmao the goofy vibes in this one are great. Currently catching up watching a bunch of videos and ice already laughed more this video than most of the other ones within a few months of this one. Love seeing the Honda build come together. The build videos are always my favorite, be it Z’s, Subies, Miatas, or Hondas. Just overall cool to see a car come together.

They cast for hosts/team members. Obviously you can’t fake a natural chemistry, but to an extent they’ve all been hired based on their comfort/energy in front of the camera, and their fit with the general vibe the production teams going for.

I mean, you don't have to go for top of the line stuff, is more like a comedy bit, cheap car with the most expensive parts. You definitely can save money buying cheap things and save up for the more important stuff like the seats, wheels and maybe roll cage.

Just makes me want an EG all over again! I don’t know if I’d make the cross over to the K world, I’m kind of nostalgic about the B and H series even, but amazing build this far! Can’t wait to see what comes next for it!

I think you are right Jobe and getting A/C would be sweet in that! Something else that would be cool too would be using the A/C to tie in a water to air intercooler for a turbo charger. Even if you don’t turbo the civic, could try it on the Miata, just some ideas for you @Donut

also another idea. when you had the interior stripped, you should of removed all the old gross gunk off the floor, scuffed it up a bit with a scotchbrite pad, then put down a few layers of POR-15. it will protect it, block out any chance of rust, and also act as a sound deadener as well. later on, you could put the car up on the hoist, pressure wash the underside after spraying it down with a good degreaser, then use the POR-15 there too. the bottom of that car would never rust out. though im in the canadian maritime region where thats a huge issue. (salt water, salt on the roads, salt in the air from the Atlantic, and also high humidity, it was at 96% a few days ago. you see 3yr old trucks with box sides bubbling out!) POR-15 is a lifesaver. you could also Lizard Skin it over top if you really wanted to coat it good!. anything you dont put por15 on, you could use Rust Check. Ill vouch for that shit all day after spraying it for years. we had a customer with an 86 camry that was rust checked every year, and it looked like a brand new car underneath, we dropped the gas tank to change the fuel pump and were able to remove all the bolts and tank straps with hand tools! it had over 500k kms on it, driven year round in the canadian salty winters. rust check is king.

This is possibly the best AD on Donut ever! LMAO

Probably my favorite episode of Donut ever.

The little Civic had such a massive glow up, it looks amazing. Love the two tone palette with the blue and yellow, really great choice. i know aesthetics aren't everything but, i really want to see a nice body kit and maybe even a wrap on this thing eventually.
