I do not think I could eat 3 burgers though! I don’t even have a small appetite!!

The science behind digestion is that it requires a lot of energy, which means blood flow, which is why Ollie's stomach was warm and his body was cold. His body wasnt used to directing that much energy for that long of time to his digestive track. Also exercising pulls the focus away from the digestive track and resting allows the body just to focus on that (rest and digest)

@@zararichards9804 Well focus being pulled away from digestion while exercising explains cramps and throwing up if you work out right after eating. You'll be hungry because you burned a lot of calories and expended a lot of energy in general.

How's that even POSSIBLE? Doesn't she feel 'full'??? Does she still taste it 'tasty' when her stomach is extremely expanded? WOW... literally just... wow... I'm totally full with a single burger. That is insane!!

Training man, have you ever seen a competitive eater train?? They’ll eat something low calorie (like broccoli) in HUGE quantities to stretch their stomach. I’m smaller than her and used to do eating challenges for fun ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

She shared a bit about her past. Her family didn't have a lot of money so she was used to eating small, regular meals. Then one day she went to a buffet with a friend and realized that she could eat a LOT. She was then in a lot of Japanese food challenge shows. If you watch her videos she'll react to how delicious the food is, describe the food, try and change the flavor of the food by adding things, etc. So it's mostly a genetic thing that happened and she didn't discover it till she went to a buffet when she was older and realized she could eat a crap ton 🤷🤷🤷

for me if I was only to eat a burger I would be full in a burger and a half but I usually love fries so I just need one burger and fries but that probably has to do with my stature to and with in general I'm actually quite slender as a person but my muscle structure is bigger than oh my God I forgot how to spell her name the girl in the middle of the two guys sitting there

i think josh and ollie will have a nightmare everytime they look at burgers from now on 😂😂

물론 진짜 이기겠다고 덤빈 게 아니니까 알아서 잘 조절하셨겠지만, 정말 걱정되네요. 옛날에 대회 끝나고 집에서 쉬다가 사망한 푸드파이터 얘기를 본 적이 있거든요. 그 와중에 유카씨랑 계속 인터뷰하는 올리의 직업정신도 놀랍네요.

She isn't fat because she has a condition where she needs to eat a lot but her stomach can not take in the nutrients from the food enough. So she eats more than a normal person. She will just poop most food up. I heard there was a ct scan that shows her stomach stretching and expanding to accommodate the food. Crazy

우리 보통 사람은 음식을 먹으면 아래만 늘어나서 금방 차는데 푸드파이터들은 사방으로 다커져서 더 먹을수도있고 대회있을때는 오히려 조금더 먹고 시작한데요 그래야 위를 늘려서 더 많이 먹을수있다고 하네요

I remember she once gained like 3-5 kilograms weight because she stopped taking a stroll every day, after two weeks of eating the same amount but less fat she was back at her old weight 😂 She got many comments of people wondering if she was actually healthy, now she takes a medical exam every year and gets straight A's each time 😁

두분 대단한 위를 가지셨지만 유우카님은 진짜 먹방이 천직인듯해요. 벤쯔님은 먹방 전과 후 틈틈히 운동하고 샐러드 드시는데 유우카님은 체질이 먹어도 안찌는 체질. 일본 방송에서 초밥 100개 먹고 엑스레이사진찍었는데 위가 다른 장기를 조금씩 밀고 부풀어있엇음(근데 다시 줄어듦). 유우카님 말로는 먹어도 살로 안가고 화장실에서 다 빠져?나간다함.

I love Yuka!! She is amazing and sweet. I love watching her junk food videos when I'm on a diet.

어떻게 살이 안찌지.. 보통 사람이면 한끼만 과식해도 1-2키로 정도는 왔다갔다하는데

Amazing Collab! The question is.. did she finish them all after the recording stopped?

I loved this video! You should take her out to eat sometime! Not a food challenge, just a nice meal at one of your favorite restaurants. I loved the impromptu interview that Ollie did, it would be great if you could do more of that with Yuka Kinoshita. 😊

Yup, I knew that was a bad idea from the start. I watch Yuka's channel and it's scary how much she eats. But it made for an amazing video.
