Probably BS! SIARGAO IS NICE, NO NEED TO PEDDLE LIES TO creafe hype for the island. You will lots of bars and hostels with no AFHAMS only Afham Hunters who gave all their jewelry to a pawnshop to afford their short vacation from the urban jungles of Manila.

I've been to Siargao 2 times.. 2019 and just a few months ago. Amazing place. So sad, my favorite hangout- Pacifico was totally wiped out by the typhoon.

I considered moving to Siargao, but the threat of typhoons and climate change keep me I’m Mindanao. Absolutely beautiful there, world class waves at cloud 9. 🤙

You know where all the sewage goes from the village when you jump off on the swing, which is not Siargaos main tourist attraction, it goes into the river where you swim. My advice, do not go anywhere near the river and swing

Leaving Siargao Or The Philippines ??? Was Just Confused Cuz The Title Of The Vlog Was Moved To Siargao, Philippines ... So I Was Assuming Moving Meant To Live In The Philippines Permanently ??? Was Just Wondering Cuz I Was Like Really ??? I Myself Can Just Go Move And Live In The Philippines 4 Good Without Being A Citizen As Well ??? Really ???

We went there last week for 10 days. Make sure if you're a foreigner, don't let the locals charge you extra for a tricycle ride. They were charging us 10 times the amount. The max they should charge is 15 to 20 pesos. We also went out at night and they tried charging us 150 peso just to drive 2 km... Also make sure when you go to restaurants they don't charge you a 25 percent service charge just because your a foreigner. Be very careful on the beaches. They are not very clean at all. A lot of broken glass. And tons and tons of trash everywhere. We actually left early and stayed at the tavern. In the city. I couldn't handle it anymore. God bless and enjoy the island.

We rent a bike so we get around ourselves, oh sorry to hear that, we absolutely love it here there’s island hopping where you can swim at the white sand beach’s close by, the ones on the island are mostly reef, perfect for surfing

so who throw those tons of garbage and broken glass? siargao is more populated by foreigners and locals were just a fisherman,they can't afford to buy a tons of glass just to broke it and throw it all at sea.anyway,next time you travel,try Afghanistan and pakistan you can enjoy it more.

@zaragosa Olga jane And what I have noticed is that all the locals do is drink alcohol and beer. So maybe that is where all the broken glass comes from? And all I was doing was picking up garbage the whole time I was there. I couldn't handle seeing it everywhere. Look up an island in Michigan called Boise Blanc Island. That is where I come from. Go and visit there.... Let me know what you see.

@@7000islandescape Philippines is sorrounded with 18k miles beautiful beaches and my home province in southern luzon has all the glory of el nido,siargao and boracay,why should I waste my time and money if I enjoy it here.we don't dumped any garbage in the ocean because our local government restricted us to do so and imposed a penalty anyone violated the laws,and why should we if local fisherman earned a living from sea.
