No, Michael says he may buy Franklin a drink some time while he’s got a gun to Franklin’s head in the SUV. So Franklin always shows up asking for the drink he was promised.

I love the continuity in this game. Seeing both Franklin and Michael interact outside of missions is hilarious.

fun fact, if you bring them together in freemode, decline the hangout but then keep following/harrassing the other character, he will get angry and knock you out, giving the Wasted screen. Mike an Frank will punch you, Trevor will headbutt

Everybody ALWAYS gets better at driving in this game as they go on, but I have not seen any improvement yet. She might even be worse now. It’s hilarious 😂

Just a Tip: When you drive a car with Franklin press R3+L3 at the same time to active his special, u can take curves at top speed. Nice video anyway and yeah everyone in this game are crazy😂

Hi Jonesy. Don't forget to use the characters special abilities, Franklin's is especially useful as it slows down time while driving for a limited time, great for chasing characters or if you're being chased. You click the two analogue sticks at the same time to activate it.

HA! You knew from the beginning that the wife was sleeping with the tennis coach... Not many people immediately realize that from their first playthrough... Not only are you classically hot, but you're smart, observant, funny and a great shot. I'm going to keep it REAL... I'm subscribing because you're easy on the eyes, your laughter is infectious, you make me think AND you know how to cycle through automatic targets in 3rd POV shooter mode with deadly precision. Your driving IS getting better, and will no doubt continue to get better. One thing you should practice is Franklin's special ability to slow down time while driving. It's like Dead Eye for cars. When you activate it by pressing down both sticks, the car will become super maneuverable. It will allow you to make hair-pin turns, and if your car is sliding out of control, it will give you traction back instantly. Once you practice using it, you'll hate driving with anyone but Franklin. It makes winning car races and escaping from the police so much easier. Make sure to press both sticks to turn it off when you no longer need it. Michael also has a special ability that's pretty close to actual Dead Eye. It will slow down time while you're aiming a gun so you can line up those head shots. Maybe Michael is a descendant of John Marsten... or Arthur Morgan. Shooting while driving is one of the hardest skills to master in the game. You might want to give the alternate controls a try, just to see if you like them better. In your setting, you'll find Drive By controls. Change them from "Aim + Fire" to just "Fire". This will cause the gun to fire automatically when you press L2. You'll still have to aim, but it might be slightly easier. It definitely is for me.

You were getting better with driving, no head one into busses lol and that one turn towards the beginning was very nice. I can see how much better you do in the next one with shooting from the car, switching characters plus driving.

When i watch this video. I remember playing this part of the game. If i play this again. I wil do some free roaming.

Hey Jonesy. One simple piece of advice. That button you are pressing for acceleration is sensitive to pressure. Just like your actual car. You do not drive your car pressing the gas pedal at 100% all the time. Right? Do not try to do it in game either. Allow yourself to get there. Start half acceleration. Try to pay attention to what you are doing. Meaning do not press button 100% and then be overwhelmed by too much stuff happening at once. Go 25% and up and down to levels where you feel comfortable. As you play along you will become more and more comfortable to go faster. But trying to get there in one go is not very efficient. You become scared of driving and you jinx yourself. And may I say, this game also includes driving boats, submarines, planes and helicopters. So you might as well become comfortable with the idea of taking it in small incremental steps. Also breaking is not very efficient. Not in real life, not in this game. What is more efficient is to just try to read the trafic and just cut acceleration at the right times. What happens in real life and in this game is that it's way more efficient to only speed up to the point where you feel comfortable reading the trafic ahead and make necessary adjustments, either speed up or slow down to a certain point where you can make a maneuver safely. Also, do not fiddle with the camera while driving to look left or right. Better distance camera from vehicle (press the mouse thingy) so that you include as much periphery imagery into the screen so that you can see what is happening left and right and ahead. At least that's how I do it. Playing first person or the closest camera to the vehicle forces you to fiddle with the camera and that gets very disorienting very fast. In gta at least I prefer to let camera just follow the direction I am going and rarely use the thumb to adjust it in any way. Especially while driving. Anyway, thanks for this and looking forward for future episodes

Just watching this again because really enjoyable. Have you learnt yet that phoning/hailing and then riding a taxi is a means of fast travel? You can cycle through various locations on the cab meter including mission start points and custom waypoints. You can then either enjoy the ride or for a small additional fee, fast travel.

You can improve the fitness of your character by going on sprints. You have to do this for each character separately. Eventually you can get them to sprint long distances without getting winded. This is something easy you can grind and get over with, and is helpful if you are in a fight and on foot.

Maybe the worst driving I've ever seen in a playthrough but I found it funny and entertaining lol

After some practice, you'll learn to quickly glance at the map and snap your eyes back to the road. You'll end up doing this very frequently as you drive. It's a very handy skill that not only works well in many different video games, but also in some real-life situations. Put in the effort to get used to it and it will pay off for years to come!

I was going to compliment your driving on the boat mission since it looked like you improved quite a lot but then, well, you know. The rest of the video kind of disproved that idea 🤣Don't worry about it too much. Everyone I've seen play this game drives the same way and nobody is good at the shooting while driving aspect of the game. You mentioned that you like the detail in the surroundings. Make sure you pay attention to the advertising, too. Rockstar likes to parody real ads and companies and their satire can often be quite amusing. The talk radio stations can be funny as well if you wanted to have the radio on while you're driving around.

Hi, How to read and drive at the same time. Have a quick glance at the text reading some of it. Then look look at the read and drive the car. If your going to crash deal with the problem. Then glance at the text again and read the rest of the text. Until the text is done. You do the same with the map and your way point. Now here is a big thing you have to do remember you in America and you drive on the other side of the road. To what we drive on inb the UK. OH I know this is a year late, but I just had to tell you this. Stay safe to you and your loved ones.

Hi, I did the first towing job with Tanisha and it would not let me just drop the car like you did. I had to place the car over the yellow flashing corcle. And when I dropped the car it did not say Job done. As the car was still hooked to the towing truck. I must have done it 6 or 7 times. All I was thinking is "If its this hard to tow a car and drop it in the right place. What's the rest of the game going to be like."

You know, there are a lot of scenes and missions that are based on, or a homage to, movie scenes, that pulling down the house scene is a homage to a practically identical scene in "Lethal weapon 2", and there are some other major missions that do the same paying homage to "Heat", among others that I can't remember right now(actually several missions pay homage to several scenes in the movie "heat"

There's a way to cut out the music so you won't get demonetization. If you go to the pause menu, go to the settings tab, click on audio then just turn down the music volume all the way down. You probably already done it anyway.

Another great and crazy episode. I know you are still leaning and feeling your way through everything but try to remember the special ability's that these characters possess. Franklin is a really good driver and can slow done time so you can weave in and out of traffic. Michael is great in shootouts and the third character (you will meet him soon) takes less damage. This is a big game i would suggest doing some side play when your not recording just to get used to the different mechanics. As always great video and i can't wait to see the next one.

I'm gone on tears because of this episode just because of you keep driving on the left side of the road and keep suprising on getting hit someone xD Also, driving and watching at the map in my opinion is just one part of the problem. In my country, knowledge of English is not kinda priority or smth, and back in a day, me and kids like i did - reading translated subtitles, watching a map and a road at the same time 😅

Surely you've seen the Lethal Weapon films. Riggs does exactly that to a house on stilts in Lethal Weapon 2. Not gonna lie I wish they had forsaken a little reality for practicality and shown the satnav guidance on the road coz I feel ya on having to watch the map and the road. As for horny Chop, awkward!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but your driving actually isn't that bad 😂 Shooting while driving is very difficult, so don't feel bad about it. Also not a bad idea to always drive as quickly as possible so you're prepared for the car chases 👍 But feel free to drive slowly when there's dialogue so you don't miss much. I'm sure most of us wouldn't mind it if you're going a bit slower when they're talking😄

Hey Jonesy, finally I have internet again and can watch your videos. I didn't expect your new game to be GTA but I'm happy. Well GTA V and GTA games in general might not have the best storyline like GoT or RDR for example, but what makes these games great is that you can basically do whatever you want. And yes, even if the great success of GTA V comes from GTA Online, I still think it's great that you play the story. I generally prefer story games, but to each his own. Now that you can get a lot out of the game, I hope that you might make a few hundred episodes out of it, and every 100th episode you could then make a special episode out of it where, for example, you always obey the rules of the road, or that you can't shoot anyone for a day... 😁😁 No, I'm just looking forward to having a lot of fun with you and the new game and I just hope that you like the game so far. I love the conversations between Michael and Franklin. He’s a complete stranger that broke into his house and Michel saw potential in him and trying to help him. It is really unfortunate that people like Jimmy actually exist. Over privileged spoiled kids who never worked a day in their life and take everything for granted

Oh god, the POV of the dogs having sex 😂😂😂 I’m terrible at game driving too. The amount of fines I got in LA Noire for crashing into everything 🙈

Fun - check, Games - check, Chaos - check! I am totally with you on driving and shooting, something about the controls is just a NIGHTMARE, no wonder you didn't know what was going on at a few points. The vibe of this episode was so fun it just made me smile so thank you very much. I am enjoying discovering the story of this one since I just haven't given it any time. There's a lot of fun to be had in GTA Online too, but maybe off camera if you have some friends to chill with. Would recommend. Enjoy the Los Santos sun, that we can escape from unlike the actual sun, and looking forward to your next adventure with the boys.

I wouldn't worry so much about being a good driver. The cars are supposed to get smashed up, it isn't Forza, we just wanna see you play. Crashing is part of the fun, as long as you get where you are going friend

Best advice, just play the game, it’s gta you can do what you want. Part of the joy of gta games is you don’t always have to follow a linear path.

Also a thing that kinda bothered me. I don't know why you keep censoring the alternative N word. I call it alternative because it's not the bad one, it's one that 2 african american men use to talk about themselves. Seems silly to censor it. And must take a lot of work. There must be over 10000 usages of the word in the game. You really want to hunt down every one of them? I don't condone racism, but on the other hand I don't condone the hiding or censoring of it either. It is what it is. If you feel the need to censor every N word, you really are not prepared for what is about to come in next chapters down the line. This is not RDR. This is not noble. This is dirty and ugly and a satire to our world. DO NOT censor it. I haven't heard a single black person say that GTA is racist. You censoring it kinda introduces that variable. Sorry. If any black people want to correct me, I'd be happy to listen. I am uncomfortable when white men (or karens) use that word. And not THAT word, the other one. Especially when it is NOT used in historical context to explain it. When it is used in current context to insult someone. I get offended and upset and I do not like it. But, on the other hand, I bear no responsibility on how 2 black men talk to each other in a game. Or in real life. And you shouldn't either. At least I don't think so. Again, anyone that could correct me, I would appreciate it. But I think my stance is fair. I'm sorry if this is an un-welcomed comment. Thing is, if I were you, I would just say: I don't like that word... and just leave it there. It's a much more courageous statement than just censoring it. Pretending like it doesn't exist, even though it's written on the damn screen. Just my 2 cents.I'm white too, and my promise is to never use it, not deny it's existence or its usage in history.

The KZread gods heavily restrict the N word meaning that my video could get age restricted and not push out to a wider audience. As a small channel I really would like as much exposure as possible.
