What's even funnier is that this sounds exactly like a gimmick Batman villains would have, along with tweedledee and tweedledum or the mad hatter or the toymaker or whatever. Just two guys in 1930s suits and fedora with tommy guns tearing shit up in Gotham just because they want to film a movie or whatever, then Batman arrives to stop and fight them but Clayface gets confused because Batman isn't saying his line correctly, then Batman realizes he's being set-up for the shots and the Warner Brothers were actually making a movie about him.

This is easily among Corridor’s highest quality projects. The CG had no jank, the green screen worked and they really captured the entire cinematic feel. The shots, lighting, dialogue, music, pacing. Perfect.

And yet has been one of the most poorly received things they've done in a long time. Less than normal views for them, Lots of comments talking about how bad it was etc. Just goes to show that "high quality" does not magically make something good or popular. This project lacked the charm and spark that they usually bring. Hopefully it was just an unfortunate blunder and not a sign of things to come. Although it wouldn't be surprising that as they hire more and more people to create "higher quality" stuff their content loses more and more of its original magic brought on by the original creators that's usually how things go in the entertainment world. Time will tell.

You guys should do a 'remastered' version of a 1920/1930s silent film. Sort out the frame rate, up-res, colourize and add some improved special effects. Metropolis would be a great candidate. There's some great VFX history there and I think there are still missing scenes that you could 'fill in'.

She gets the character down visually and she does martial arts so shes got the technique and athleticism down. I just wish she took some acting classes. Some of the line deliveries were a bit cringe. Not trying to take away from a very well made video I just tells it like I sees it.

As soon as I read the title I knew... I KNEW... Jordan would be Batgirl and I was super-pumped. She's so pretty, fit, and always so game to try anything. She killed it!! If she would have been cast in the REAL movie it never would have been cancelled. The cinematic look, the effects, the editing was perfect. This was one of my favs this year, guys. Thank you.

Jordan owns as Batgirl, that costume was on point, the cinematography and lighting were incredible, and of course all the CGI was nuts. Plus, let's be real. Nerds are nerds because they are passionate. You could totally get this movie made from crowd funding and crowd uproar to get you the rights to make it. Kudos to everyone making this trailer. Just top notch production all around. Jordan and that Batgirl costume were total standouts. The lighting and cinematography was perfect.

I saw this online titled "leaked batgirl trailer" and I honestly took this was real! You guys reached such a quality, I don't even know how to describe, just wow.

This is incredible, I just wish the crew would go a touch less campy with the voice overs. Audio's the most affordable part of the process and it kind of took me out of it... but other than that seriously SO GOOD! and the amount of fun u guys had making this is clear. Congrats!

It’s so weird seeing a corridor video now have this many people work on it and the budget that they had nice to see them evolving

Oh man! I’m only part way through and when Jordan put the mask on and it fit so well, I literally cheered! I love this channel.

I love that Fenner is a solid part of the crew now. I remember his first appearance, and it seemed like he was only a short term guest.

Honestly, that is the COOLEST trailer you guys have ever done. The effort you put in the project is very noticible.

I love how Jordan gets that excitement of becoming a hero, even it's not a real movie, wearing that suit, fight like that and being on film on a fan made trailer... That shit becomes real really fast

I was so sad to hear that Batgirl has been cancelled. I was so hyped for this movie. And Batgirl is one of my favorite superheroes. Thank you Corridor for bringing us at least a little sneak peak of what this movie could have been. Jordan nailed the look and the performance, the vfx team did their usual magic and created something truly beautiful. A real work of art and love for this character. Let's hope that Batgirl wins against the evil Warner Brothers and gets the movie she deserves!

The reason behind The Flash not being cancelled like the others which all also deserved to be cancelled is because of the money being put & surprisingly positive test audiences reviews. It might or might not flop out of the fact that Ezra Miller is box office poison. Same for Amber Heard which led to Aquaman 2 being pushed to December 2023.

Appreciate your love and fan labour. Loved how your trailer poked fun at Warner Brothers as the villains. Learnt some lessons about film making including the use of water in creating shine on cameras and an emotional effect.

You guys did something that Warner hasn’t done in five years, you actually got me hyped for a dc movie! (edit: I meant DCEU movie, sorry. Saw the Batman and it was great)

Gotta be one of my favorite videos from ya'll, the process of the costume design to the choreo to the cinematic feel was so enjoyable to watch. And the final product is just stunning!

It's so weird that I can see you guys actually pulling off a feature length film. Like within the next 10 years

Why you guys skipped the fight scene so much? Shooting looked well, and that roll-under closeup at the end of the fight looked so good (tho it probably ended without full spin cause it cuts right when the camera would turn 180, and yes, the rule, whatever, more and more films now go for that fpv-like fluidity and at the very least it deserved an awesome transition :P)

Bro, Killer Moth, he is Batgirls literal ARCH NEMESIS. And I'm not talking about that boring old goon version. Us Killer Moth fans need a good live-action scene with him in.

Jordan is so talented. I’m not surprised she’s filming another movie. She was great in this episode!

Hey whatever happened for this production was top notch. I don't know what the final costs were but having good actors, great costumes, actual make-up, cinematic cameras, etc etc really worked out here. The CGI (if few) use really sold it, whether it was new compositing techniques, new software, new models, etc. Whatever this production pipeline was, it turned out really good.

The part where Jordan’s scream turns into the motorcycle tyre screech is genius. Wish someone stole this for an actual blockbuster trailer or movie.

It's always a treat to see Jordan on this channel! She should be in the spotlight more :)

Can I just say as a member of the crew on this film it's so cool to see. You guys did a great job! It looks amazing.

the new shots look so legit! love the extra work to recreate the costume. on another note, don't know why so many of the comments are talking about how the movie was better off cancelled because of how *bad* it could've been. everyone involved with its production showed a lot of passion for it, and good or bad, it's still a major waste that they canned it because of tax reasons. the execs probably didn't care about how good or bad the movie was, they just reduced the entire crew's hard work into a variable in a graph sheet. if you care about movies and the work behind it, y'all should be madder that this happened.

The single test screening wasn't well received. It was mixed at best with the anonymous sources claiming the repeated sentiment of the movie was that it didn't feel theatrical enough. Which makes sense since it was originally intended to be a direct to streaming release anyway.

"everybody showed passion" source needed. Those movies and series have showed more than once they couldnt give less of a crap about the source material. Noone cares if it is or its not a woman on the screen, but when she says that "it will be perfect when it fits a woman", people will roll their eyes.

I would watch that movie just because of this trailer tbh. That was very impressive and a very job well done.

I love this and all the other ones I have watched! All these videos as a video editor this is so refreshing to watch! But I love the ones where you make family friendly versions of movies rated R. You guys should totally make a rated R version of the Newsies especially the scene where the Brooklyn Newsies are attacking the bad guys with the slingshots. But there is a lot of other scenes you could really work with to make it look really cool! Espacially because back in that time it was pretty brutal with crim and the mobs and stuff. Disney definitely made it family-friendly.

At 20:38 I burst out laughing with "we are the Warner Brothers, and you... Are a write-off!!!!"

This is truly awesome and I hope it forces WB to release the movie and acknowledge all the work the Cast & Crew put into it. Also Jordan you did a wonderful Batgirl!

We need to get Jordan into a legit superhero film on the big screen either as the lead actress or a stunt woman! This was an amazing showcase of the team as a whole as well. I would 100% see this in IMAX if it was a real movie; seriously somebody get Corridor $90million to just make the whole BATGIRL movie.

I dunno if it's the nerd in me, but I REALLY want to see them go deeper into the costume process for Jordan. Also, this makes me REALLY want a Bat-helmet (Is that what it's called?)

Jordan absolutely killed it as Batgirl. Well done Jordan and Corridor Crew!!

I remember suggesting Jordan C getting more screen time back when she was just advertising the Vessie shoes in an advert segment (one of the few times I've bothered to fully watch an ad segment, sorry Jake). But I'm impressed to she how far she's come. Legit amazing work!

As a professional filmmaker, what WB did with this film and to its cast and crew is so F’d up! Nice work Corridor in bringing just a little bit of it back. Honestly if only you could have gotten a couple of the crew from the film onto the production of your trailer, that would have pushed the sentiment over the top!

There's a difference between being a filmmaker and being a business CEO. There's likely a reason they scrapped the project.

The only thing off was the writing, could've used a couple of passes on rewrites. Could've also done with some moments outside of the costume. Overall, if this was a teaser, it would've been great.

Rewrites while most of the movie is filmed is bad news. Look at justice league and the first suicide squad movie.

I thought it looked great, but - as is often the case with low-budget productions - the sound could've been better in parts. Especially some of the added voiceover. But I get it; these guys are focused on visuals as part of their job description, so they're not going to be paying as much attention to (nor be as adept at) mixing and sound engineering.

Definitely more of a teaser and not a trailer, there was no direction or plot, just short scenes of Batgirl and random dialogue with no purpose. The teaser doesn't make it seem like it could be an actual movie, just a slideshow.
