When I was in Ireland, I bussed everywhere. The bus system there is actually really awesome. I went to all kinds of little places, off the beaten track experiences. So if you're intimidated to drive , that's an option.

Lads, the Cliffs of Moher is pronounced Mo’her (or More, if absolutely necessary). Pro tip: the emphasis is usually on the first syllable of an Irish word.

Hey guys! Im a travel agent so I wanted to add in a few tips about the insurance. If you use your CC’s insurance, they will place a 3,000 euro hold on the card until you return the car. Also, most CC’s will cover you while abroad but exclude specifically Ireland (And Jamaica, too) because both are very well known for horrible roads. So, if you do pan to use the CC as your insurance, make sure to check with them well in advance so you have time to purchase a reasonable policy if they dont cover you. The car insurance does go up as you get closer to the date you’ll be picking up the car.. so try to buy it if you have to as far in advance as possible. Thats all! P.S. I just found you guys and you are just the cutest! Im really enjoying your vlogs, ive been binging for the better portion of the day LOL!!!

Some follow-up tips for anyone who, like me, is watching these videos a year late :) I saw Ireland five years ago and did not rent a car, but still managed to see the small towns. It's possible, but tricky, and be prepared to navigate the bus system. You can get a pass that gives you a certain number of trips within a given timespan, which gives you some flexibility. However, they are of course slower than a car and they run with limited schedules on Sundays. I 100% agree that you HAVE to see more of Ireland than Dublin and Galway. My favorite place in the whole country was the Dingle peninsula.

I totally agree. I’m Irish myself and live in Ireland and Dublin...it just doesn’t contain all of Ireland. You need to go to Galway, and head up north. There’s so much beauty that Ireland has to offer which isn’t held in Dublin

Ireland was ALWAYS my DREAM Trip. It came true in 2019. From the second our Plane started its desent over Dublin I knew "it's happening". It didn't set in until the first night when we were having dinner. I so badly want to go back to the Emerald Isle. The Hop on and Off Bus was fun. The whole trip was.

when i went to dublin (i live in ireland), it was very busy. last time i went because i was going to tayto park! you should totally go to tayto park. (tayto park is in dublin). it has rollarcoasters, snacks, fun rides, huge rides, and even water rides! and you can get these crisps that are on a stick. they taste really good! (they are salt and vinegar) i hope you see this.

If you can you should travel up north to Belfast and check out the Antrim coast. It's amazing. So happy your enjoying Ireland. Go to kilmainham gaol (jail) for some history and the Guinness brewery tour for some fun.

You should come back and visit the Ashford Castle, Giants Causeway, and Carrick Reede!

How dangerous was the walk on the cliffs. The sign said stay away from the edge because they aren't stable but you guys were walking and sitting on the edges. Just want to know if its safe or if you just a more adventurous attitude.
