The new paintings are actually so good. The different styles and themes make them usuable in tons of different builds.

That's what i am thinking, but like others said, their is an old fashion mob tower grinder in the background in the last shot of the music video, which can be argued that it's exploiting mob spawning mechanics.

15 years and counting. Been playing since it was still an in browser game. Trees didn't decay, and you only had a couple blocks to work with, but boy were those good blocks.

Very interested in the unpixelated versions of the new paintings if he released them.

My guess is when they say "farming" they are not talking about crazy farms like creeper farms, raid farm, gold farms, etc. they might be talking about stuff like wheat farming, farms where you are not "exploiting" game mechanics

Now I am kinda worried about the Minecraft movie.

The oxidisation stage suggests that the "Creator" is an older song. Perhaps, there's a lore behind it... (I think it is intentional)

That's just kind of how Kristoffer Zetterstrand's work looks. Check out the original Skull On Fire: the minecrafty elements of the painting are actually part of the painting, which also renders a realistic skull. 13 years, maybe give one, it was shortly before Beta 1.7 released.

Iron would presumably follow the same pastern if it didn't conflict with iron bars

The name of the update makes it even more clear the crafter was just a shoehorned feature they could show off early to mitigate criticism, while I am glad the crafter is in the game, it's kind of annoying t hat they went this route to implement the block
