His innovative concept genuinely inspired me, and I have always been transparent in giving him full credit for that. However, I'd like to emphasize that my interpretation diverged from his initial sample. I meticulously isolated and removed vocals from each track, then meticulously arranged them in my own digital audio workspace. While I recognize that DJ Cummerbund subsequently finished his own version, a careful listen to both versions will reveal some notable differences. Beyond the similarity of the initial drop, you'll find that our interpretations have evolved into distinctively different mashups.
