Follow the events that happened with Death Row in the 90s and early 2000s then listen to what Reggie said. Case and point why this was court for so long and why Suge filed for bankruptcy and other things.

Man, Suge really was an idiot businessman. This is litigation 101. Having representation from day one appear in court and just follow suit in line with what Interscope did is a no brainer. Even if the judge allowed the case to proceed, which there would be a decent chance that they wouldn't have, the narrative still fits uniformly with prior case. A judge would be less likely to allow the case to proceed. It would be a waist of money. Also, even with discovery, the judge would likely look at the case with the prior judgement in mind. Meaning, Harry O and his team would have to prove that there was significant evidence that was vastly different than what they presented during the last case. It would have had to have been blatantly obvious to the court.
