Exactly...a lot of people don't understand that. I don't know any guys that got soft as they got older including the ones that did hard time for drugs or murder. The thing is...they may think a little bit more or need to be pushed a little more but if it's in you it's in you. A lot of older dudes been soft their whole life but sit back and act like they were tough. Me I know what I've done and will do and I leave it at that.

Death Row was huge in its time. It was Snoop, Dre and Tupac. Keep them together, then Dre brings in Em and 50. You have the hugest music label. Their antics are still relevant, especially now that all these OGs have started talking. People still want to know who killed Pac and Big, and if Puff had anything to do with it. As a journalist making my own content, I would ride it til the wheels fell off too.

Through Kenner Suge also had political connections including both the then Compton mayor in his pocket and an Assistant DA. On top of that..through Reggie Jnr he had access to cops. So although Suge’s wasn’t really from the street world coming up..he had a degree of power!
