I love putting people on fish!
Try this fried. Dry mix- Corn meal, Seasoned salt (Lawry's preferred), Garlic Powder and White pepper. First step is to dip the filets in Flour, then Milk (Condensed or Milk and egg mix). Then in the dry mix. Give it a little shake off the excess, Fry as you normally would and then YUM.

I was just wondering, if you were targeting the white bass for a particular reason. In Maine, we do fish for striper bass- large and small bass. Of course, also Crappies. You have some bass species that we don’t have in Maine. I really like your videos. I like the humor that goes along with your fishing display. 0:04

My dad liked to fillet white bass and roll up the fillet and pin with a toothpick then smoke them in a small smoker.

Love watching a good catch, clean and cook! Something that would go good with it is some fried mushrooms! Love white bass and wild mushrooms in the spring, and good luck keep catching and eating!!

We always try to incorporate herping in our fishing vids when we see something to catch. Plan on doing more dedicated herping vids soon.

Thanks! And in our belly haha we eat fish almost daily. Whatever we don't eat fresh, we pass on to our family or seal up in the freezer for another day
