VanGuard Tactics should just take clips of this video for illustration purposes of how you’ll be taught from their academy. Stephen does a great job breaking things down, showing his “student” all the possible outcomes, while also seeing where the “student” is coming from and checking on learning. Oh and btw that’s all just from the very beginning where he is discussing fixed or tactical mission sets. Great job sir!

Love Mubin and his dynamic with everyone else on play on.

It is always a joy to see somebody looking for improvement in their endeavors. Even if it is playing games. The skills you pick up go a long way.

I'm a fan of all things Tzeentch and it hurts my soul how often Mubin loses with Thousand Sons.

I’m new to playing 40k (been collecting for awhile tho) and these unedited videos are so helpful for learning the game. Steve is great and this encouraged me to try Gladius detachment with my Black Templars.

I really like Mubin but he needs to start taking advice. Everytime Steve told him something it got countered with a "Yeah... BUT-" No Mate, you want to get better? You need to suck it up and put your ego behind. Anyways... Cool Stream, cool Video-Idea, cool people.

Box is a legend, his knowledge of the game and ability to teach and communicate the intricacies is incredible. Not only his army but his opponents army as well. If you told me he was a chess grandmaster at like 7 and then needed a bigger challenge I wouldn’t be surprised. Vanguard’s channel deserves 4x the subs it has, will get there eventually! Love the collab.

I don't actually think Mubin really needs to improve his 40k strategies (well, no more than the rest of us). I think Mubin needs to accept that there isn't complete strategic versatility in 40k armies. Each army has strategies that will achieve success and strategies that will result in failure. In my case there are no armies that really suit my preferences in regards to strategies i like to employ so I have learned to select the army I most prefer and every edition (and after updates and rule changes) learn how it is played and with variances, play it that way.

I thought Mubin was supposed to double move the rhino T1 so he could safely disembark the passengers and they wouldn’t be shot after the rhino was destroyed. They talked about that move then didn’t do it.

I caught that too. I notice that Mubin does not spend all his cabal points each round and that is a big resource that needs to be utilized for tsons to compete well.

The video's audio is a little low. When the ads kivk in, their volume is much higher. This made it a little hard to fall asleep to this video.

We saw what happened with the Tyranids one or two videos ago. It isn't just an army question. It's list building, movement/positioning and ability to try and predict what your opponent would do. That one game alone speaks volumes.

My list may only give up 16 points but it’s still a good pick against an army that needs to use combat characters. Combined with a deploy teleport homers, Mubin could have scored 16 on assassinate and 19 on deploy. Wouldn’t have been a bad shout.

Get him a gym membership and some MMA classes while you're at it. Dude's soft as microwaved chocolate pudding.

Some people are just so proud and don't want to learn. They want to do what they want to do and shut out any alternative advice. You can tell a lot about how a person handles life when you play games with them!
