Anju Chechi don't use cow milk , egg, tuna and mackerel fish. U just follow pitha diet for spring time it's help to heal eczema and before going to bath, massage coconut oil all over body. my son had eczema, but it's now under control.

Anju ji this is not eczema it's blood impure,chew some neem leaves in the morning, empty stomach 10-12 leaves.

Anju this all problems are menopause symptoms...No doc in world tell you this...its all due to hormones imbalance...as I passed from same and you have to phase it...yoga will help you a lot
