I use the Litime 12.8V 100AH "Trolling Motor" with low temperature cut off. Using a cheap battery meter it shows I get 102 AH out of my battery. FYI: I saw some commercials for this company and they pronounced it LEE-Time. I'm very happy with my battery.
I use this exact battery to power a Messenger M1200 which pulls around 100-150 amps and pulls 1500+ watts for 1kW out on 10 meter mobile. It's fun getting out there on 28.400 saying I'm mobile and running 1kW. They double take what they heard. I ran it completely independent - no charging it and it lasted 2 whole weeks with misc talking. I recommend getting the bluetooth version ($50 more) - it's better because you can see battery life on your phone! How cool is that! You can exceed 100 amps for a short time (
This is quite humorous to me, because I have had one of these batteries, literally this exact same one sitting in my shopping cart for the past six months. I bet they may now inexplicably be sold out ;)
I replaced two deep cycle lead acid batteries in my 5th wheel with these same batteries They perform great. I can boondock (no inverter) for 4 days without recharging. Renogy monitor said I had 35% still left in the batteries. Highly recommended.

Awesome
Nice battery ! I have been using them for years now in RV installs. I am in NY so a bunch now are the low temp or low temp heating battery . also used Power queen and REDODO . never had a bad one yet . You can change discharge to 10 amps on that tested. takes a lot of time off testing. The 100 Ah Mini ones are common now being used . Makes a great back up battery for the Ham shack . West Mountain Radio makes some great stuff to go with that battery. The Power gate can be used to auto switch to battery during power failure . Size 24 battery box iis common. NOCO has one and many more. Add some power poles USB C ports and a meter some switches and have a battery go box. 73's
I run the mini 100Ah in a teardrop camper. No problems so far
Li Time , like eco-worthy has made great improvements in recent years. I just bought 4 of the eco-worthy 280AH ones, and have been powering half the house with them as a test.

Good stuff
Thanks for testing this. I've been looking for a cheaper 100AH battery and this is it!

Glad I could help!
It detected the correct voltage. LIfpo 12 volt battery fully charged is around 13.2 volts. Thanks for the video. LiTime batteries have a proven track record of quality.

Some batteries advertise 12.8V which is logical for 4 cells at 3.2V each. Also many of my LiFePO4 batteries will charge to 14.4V. They're not all the same

@@HamRadio2 12.8V is the nominal voltage of a 4 cell LiFePO4 battery. The charge cutoff is 14.4-14.6V and the resting voltage of a fully charged battery is around 13.2V.

Correct
Thanks for the great demonstration Jason! It looks like a fine battery but I'm poor and cannot afford one. So it looks like I will have to continue using the grapefruit with a copper and zinc nails for my POTA power! ☹
Great test!

Thank you!
i have the battery from litime but it's a group 24 smart 100 amps runs good like typical battery has low temp cutoff overload and undervolt cutoff i can talk to it through the mobile app which is ok needs some tweaking but i've noticed that at times the battery randomly turned right off completely requiring me to give it power to turn it back on and the battery was around 90% range when it happened 1st time and i had my mobile radio connected to it on cross band repeat mode slot 1 on national APRS 144.390 and slot 2 on a unregulated simplex frequency working APRS cross band and the 2nd time it happened i only was transmitting to a repeater all 50W not sure if that power tripped the random complete shutdown but that's what i find about litime batteries so watch for that when you use yours but mine runs good
I'm still using lead acid/agm. but Im old.. lol

I recently got my first LiFePO4 battery, and I will never go back to lead acid for powering radios. Most radios don't like to work well much below 12V and the LiFePO4 batteries stay above 12V for almost the entire discharge cycle. I get a longer runtime with a smaller and much lighter weight battery.

You think your old, I'm still using a grapefruit, a copper nail and a zinc nail but it doesn't work very good on my 7300!
How do you like this one compared to the Redodo or PowerQueen versions? Any difference in performance you've found?
@HamRadio2

Honestly they're about the same quality and capacity
Li Time should get together with Elon and make a better battery for Teslas, that runs longer and doesn't cost $15,000 to replace! Great Video, tnx Man!

I bought a HImassi 12 volt 100AH from amazon Only use it for electonics in my boat. It is 15 months old only recharged 10 times and it is bad. MNot sure how to get a replacerment. It's not availible now.
While watching this video, my wife overheard your voice and said you sound like Ted Cruz. 😂

Hard to tell but that doesn't look like a group 24 looks narrower and taller
