I learned in paralegal school that Disney prides themselves on the idea of TQM - total quality management. It’s essentially a business model that many other places are trying to adopt. Since learning about it, I appreciate watching people experience Disney on such a deeper level. They really go above and beyond to make sure every customer has an amazing experience, even in small ways you may not initially notice. Props to all the employees for going the extra mile with a constant smile.

1:59. The reason that chair is so tiny and low is because that's Cinderellas slipper chair!! When you sit in it you'll notice how easy it is for your hand to reach your foot!!

As someone from NJ, I completely agree, but you won't really find excellent pizza in Florida. 🤣 But Via Napoli in Epcot has some pretty great pizza, and Blaze is not bad for a chain!
