Them sniffing each other is like us shaking hands. By sniffing each other, they can tell things about the other dog's diet, temperament, etc.

I've had three Beagles. They are great dogs, always playing and being goofy. That's why I love them the most!

I just lost 2 of my pups yesterday. And it's been pretty traumatic, considering I had to bury them. I hope you don't have to endure the same pain that I did. I pray for that dog, I know that dogs are considered part of a family as they enter the home. I wish this puppy a well life with you and your family.

Bread a lot of dogs in my life. German Shepherd Standard Poodles. Lot of working-class dogs. Did beagles once. Cute dog but my goodness are they the dumbest dogs on the planet. You left the house for an hour this dog would scratch through a 1 inch solid oak door. I mean if you're chasing gophers or something they will dig themselves to China but I don't suggest letting one anywhere near a house. Unless you want everything chewed scratch and pissed on..

@@karlwashere123 i got a beagle an year back.... When he was 6 months of age, he chewed out a corner of my wall like i could see the bricks and scratched one side of my room completely... God knows how many headsets i had to change. Now he is going to be 2 years in a couple of months and he is alot more calm now but still gets hyper active when i play with him... But you know whats worst of it... He loves to take up stuff in his mouth then have me chase him around the house... Gosh they are hard to handle but cant deny i love every stupid little thing he does and the stupid face he makes which says *huh i didnt do it i swear dad*

@@anshsahajpal7928 We were living in Pennsylvania at the time and went to the Jersey Shore for any afternoon. We came back to the bottom stair rung been completely chewed through and a 1 inch hardwood door so he could gain access to the second floor. I mean this was a thick solid door. It would take me 20 minutes with a hatchet to do what this 15lb dog did. Going from a German Shepherd that understand 70 commands to a beagle the damn near breaks its neck running into the wall when someone knocks on the door is a big pill to swallow...

@@karlwashere123 yea... They just dont listen... And i am pretty sure they understand everything, but they just choose not to listen and do what they want anyway. When we went to adapt this dog, the breeder let him loose a bit and at that time he was just 2 weeks and he booked it for a highway few feets away from us. Was kinda scary tbh.

I've been a dog owner for about 25 years but had never owned a Beagle until last August when I rescued a 2 month old bluetick beagle pup. I now understand why Beagles are one of the most popular breeds in the US. Not only are they adorable, but are extremely loving, intelligent, and take very quickly to training.

My Grandparents got a new beagle named Anthony, and he is crazy! He is already teething at two months old and he is hyper! But he is so cute. He looks a lot like your little puppy! He is struggling to be potty trained because of the snow. But we are making progress! ♥️👍 Good video!

its funny how we love to put of tuff personas and you know we are but when a guy sees a dog we go full out happie we just start with the funny voices and the playing,its just such a big change in a short amount of time from a little animal

OMG 5 years later .... my little beagle is certainly not a "go for a ride in the truck" dog, she pukes going 2 miles to drive me to work. So funny! We love her soooo much, her name is Peanut as the first time we saw her the breeder delivered her from out of town in a crate in the back of his vehicle. I opened up the stinky, puke filled crate and just said "OMG, what a little Peanut ... it stuck". We love her sooooo much. She smells much better these days.

sorry for messaging again Tabor but watching the whole video specially the ending when you said at 22:21 "She slept in the bed..." when the music played in the background, it honestly made me cry cause it reminded me when we had Cassy. She was a rescued Jack Russell Terrier dog, we had her for 14 months after her owner lost her battle with cancer so we kept the dog. I can honestly say Cassy was spoilt rotten! We gave her so much love and attention it was probably the best 14 months of her life before we had to get her put down because she was taking fits every day. Just amazing how you own a dog and then lose it means so much to you :(
