Hi JP! From Baguio here, in Slaughter Eatery or Carinderia a lot to mention particularly, we call it half-half. Half order of each tinuno with blood sauce and skin of cow with papait (gal bladder). With rice and bulalo soup. Nako po champion talaga!

diyan sa “slaughter house” area din ang sakayan ng bus papuntang bontoc, mountain province. maganda ang daan papuntang bontoc via halsema highway. madadaanan doon ang “highest elevated highway of the philippines” at magaganda ang view dahil madadaanan mo ang cordillera mountain range…

When it comes to bakareta, bulalo and pinapaitan.. the best for me is Minda's Eatery yung unang stall na pinakita. Sa mga pupunta ng Baguio try nyo din po. Sulit.
