If there is a blade on grass inThe Woodlands that’s not built on The Woodlands will build on it. I loved living in The Woodlands “over thirty years” but it has become to congested so we left.
Wish they'd build with leaving most of the older trees and not just completely clear the land. Nice home though. Any names of the builders who practice this or is it just custom builders?

What are your thoughts on Teasewood Avenue by Toll Brothers? I like the Enclave but 50 ft lots are tiny. Get it's the woodlands, but it feels off lol. It is better for appreciation though. But not sure your thoughts on Teaswood? Would greatly appreciate your feedback!
