It’s so nice to see Matt and Summer back! Bet you a dollar the owner realized too late that four floors’ worth of stairs is too much for someone in their 70’s. I bet they’re sad to sell, because it really is a lovely house! Next one will be just as beautiful, just maybe on one or two floors.

This house it beautiful and will look stunnning once the basement is finished! Good sized garden too and cheep at £3,000,000 ( I can’t afford a pack of crisps lol).. it was good seeing you all together xxx

The house is nice, but more than that it was so wonderful to see all 4 of you in the same video. :))

My favorite part of this house is the living room. It's clean and minimalistic yet still cozy.

Like the good old days with Matt and Summer, hope we see much more of them Jaz and Tom are like the same people just who look a bit different but whoever does the show even the stand in hosts/agents it's still a fab channel. Loved the outtakes at the end also :D

For a modern house it’s done very tasteful. A lot of interior designs are modern just for the sake of being modern and edgy. This one is really nice.

Yeah, this house really is gorgeous… If I understood correctly the owner is the one that designed it for themselves, which makes sense, they designed it to be lived in AND beautiful.

A 3 million pound house is an area that houses are around 1 to 1.5 million is a big ask

Its the Best house in a good cul de sac and an expensive area if you add it all up and all the furniture and most of the art work £3million is incredible good value

One of the few ultra-modern British properties I’ve seen with a classy sleek interior design rather than the bland or chintz. It has strong LA vibes. Very good. Oh and Matt seems to have gone all buff since the last we saw him 😆

Loved the basement, what a great way to buy a stunning house and still have an area you can stamp your own (personally a massive fan of exposed concrete, so probably wouldn’t change it much) if the want to trade for a 3 bed semi in medway lemme know 😂

contract has been signed off they reckon the best is for the new owners to work with what they want most people wouldnt want to maintain a pool tbh and cover it over.

Yes indeed but I think nit was very hard over COVID and difficult planning permission to get it right! The house looks ok and over time with more trees and plants it will look so much better.

I think the kitchen is great, nice and simplistic with a neutral colour scheme & the utility room is tucked away. Bedrooms are nice size and the bathrooms are good as well(except the 2nd one). Nice big garden as well and the basement should look good once finished

For £150,000 and your toaster is cramped next to your coffee machine. Could build a 1 bed apartment to put all your appliances in for that price. I like the actual kitchen but the space should be more usable

Council tax - its a postcode called TN13 The Close Sevenoaks you can look up the yearly Council tax 30 minutes from London

No they didnt run out of money they are on to their next project Spain and most people would liek to do their own thing by either fill up and use as huge room or have a swimming pool all sorted.. thats why its so reasonable furniture included you could have 2 sofas .
