Great potential, excellent location, but… kind of disappointing. No pool, no spa, no lift. A deep pocket buyer would have to build under the football pitch, probably adding more garage space as well. I’d rather have the squash court than the tiny boxing ring. The kitchen, the gym, and the cinema room are the top spots. The first room needs urgent painting 🤣

It’s so cool to see a house someone is clearly enjoying and putting their mark on. Not my style, but so often home tours are beige and boring (nothing wrong with that!) and I really enjoyed seeing the joy in this house!

The interior needs alot of work + this isn't a new built home it has been used as shown in the tour. No swimming pool, small garage and a small foyer for a 7 mil mansion.

Loved the room layout, hatted the decorating.

It's not a new build if it's been lived in. Whoever destroyed the interior needs to have it removed and neutralised unless they want another overpaid "musician footballer" to move in and not impress the neighbours. The front promised a large rear garden but didn't deliver. Shame.

It looks lovely driving up that long drive to what looks like a lovely house. If they’re looking to sell it though I suggest removing a lot of the personal things in it, painting over some of the murals and having it professionally staged. As it is it’s very hard to picture living in it. Great kids house although I think you’d have quite a time getting them to do their schoolwork. The chicken pictures are a hoot. I loved the tv room with the secret bookcase. That was very tastefully done and elegant. And I’d convert the boxing ring back into a squash court or hand ball court.

You 2 are hilarious and really great at this..you know what?, I think this home has been for a young family...( IDK, a football star for Liverpool?)...and it seems like a happy house for a family that likes to keep fit...all the places for the kids to play and study...and places for the mum and dad to be creative and active too...great relaxing areas...it's got everything. Even though my style is really different, maybe more art and style vibe, I can definitely honor the life this home has been leading. The location is off the chain...great video!!

Matt and Summer are looking kinda different these days

Nice from the outside (nothing a few pots of white paint couldn't fix) much smaller main bathroom than expected for such a large property, a similar size that you would find in a small flat. Some awkwardly shaped rooms and narrow areas didn't really have a purpose. The best points were the lounge, main bedroom, and kitchen (which looked like the only rooms the Lady of the property had a hand in...instead of the kids). The worst points would be the need to be fully redecorated to make it a liveable and tasteful home... and smaller on the inside than the outside appears.

Grass (well AstroTurf) and landscaping in the front yard..Finally. Nice house.

The best parts of the house: 1:15 17:30 🔴🔥 Nice house but the decorations… wow! The decoration was chosen by either an alien living among us or a person with psychological problems… Throw away the shit, decorated as a normal house and it will be great!

Incredible house. I really hope whoever owns this is a soccer player or boxer otherwise this is super weird. If I bought this the first thing the same hour I signed the papers is have painters there taking care of those horrible murals etc and de-10 yearing old the tacky parts of the house. Thankfully his wife seems to have stopped him ruining most of the house. LOL

I am not from kingston but was there visiting the other month and saw tom holland buying some things in petersham nurseries! I had no idea who he is...but my husband recognised Tom's voice before he saw him in the queue. He drove off in a porche! X

Well what can you say Mmmm .. Great house, garden a bit small for the house.. Just all the stuff in it the first room they showed us, games and all that tat . It looks like a nineteen year old lad who's won the lotto is selling it he just happens to support Liverpool. Well as long as he gets a very big truck and takes all his stuff out the house and I get the painters in shouldn't look too bad when I've finished.

There is a property in Eversley Crescent, London that I would love to see in one of your video tours. The agents are Statons Estate Agents, and I saw it in one of their videos. The problem is that it is a gorgeous and huge property (I could count 5 bedrooms but it is probably more), and they made a 2 minute video! 🤡 Didn't show much of the details. 🤷‍♀

I was expecting quintessentially English countryside, however felt the inside was not in keeping with the outside. The murials didnt do it for me, however each to their own taste 👌

I should imagine the owners are foreigners, and the wife doesn’t like the male using her loo, and making a mess, I do sympathise with her it drives me mad, the mess men don’t see, and just leave, that’s of course because I’ve, got 2 sons, and 6 Large full grown grandsons.

I get that urinals aren't a great look (perhaps a cover would have proved that), but they are practical if you have a lot of boys in the house! A toilet isn't pleasant to look at if the seat has been left up.

Agree they’ve ruined a great house

The only idea I have is that if at all possible, they should not sell this house - keep it forever. It belongs to them - so personal.

For a new build i was disappointed, the architecture is old school style rather than modern. I like the fact it has a lot of land with it.

Very unique to be sure. The exterior is absolutely stunning but I wouldn't rent it "as is"- All of that sports decor has to go and someone needs to decide on a theme for decor to pull all the rooms together.

This house is chaotic, this would cause me anxiety. It's abitof a miss match of stuff. 3/10 for me

Dream house

What is interesting with this video is that the home is obviously owner-occupied with all of their personal contents inside as opposed to most video's where the homes are professionally "staged". It makes you wonder as you watch the video about the background of the sports-obsessed owner. Is he a professional athlete? Is he a famous boxer? Seems to be someone who lives and breathes sports. The setting of the home looks very nice with all the green foliage but the home itself is "meh". As they say in the real-estate business this home doesn't have "good-bones". From the outside the entrance is very underwhelming for a home selling for 7 million which is surprising because in England builders have so many templates of stately looking homes to work with. The interior spaces are not impressively proportioned either with their low ceilings. The only thing really "top notch" in the home were the Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Still very interesting to look inside of the home of a person with more money than taste.

You spend 7 mil but you gotta spend at least another mil to get rid of all the tacky murals, boxer ring, a weird bull statue, etc.
